摘要
迎合互联网+时代发展浪潮，结合了百姓交通出行与移动互联网的网约车服务自诞生以来便迅速吸引大量用户，加之以滴滴、优步、易到等代表性网约车平台企业的网络营销宣传的大获成功，可以说，网络约车服务是互联网+技术在社会大环境内不断发展、积极完善的产物。它的出现，不仅极大方便了百姓的出行，更从某种程度上缓解了城市日常交通压力，提供了个性化用车服务，满足了百姓日益多样的用户需求。如今的网约车市场已然进入规范化的稳定发展阶段。随着网约车市场热度的不断被刷新，其运营过程中存在于各个环节的若干问题逐渐凸显，其中最为被人们关注的便是安全性问题，除此之外，作为网约车平台两端的司机与乘客的权益维护也愈发被人们讨论。
网约车的大规模发展不仅仅改变了百姓传统生活理念，更将互联网+时代特色进一步填充。回顾网约车的发展历程可以看出，如新兴事物出现后常见的若干发展阶段一样，网约车也曾陷入与传统用车业的冲突与矛盾中，但随着《关于深化改革推进出租车行业健康发展的指导意见》以及《网络预约出租汽车经营服务管理暂行办法》的先后推出，国家表明了对网约车经营模式的支持与肯定。
围绕网约车运营常见问题与解决策略，以及网约车的未来发展等内容的研究议题也越来越多，本文在整合已有学术研究资料观点的基础上，进一步探究网约车复杂的市场发展结构，针对网约车模式在互联网+时代内所创造的新价值语义阐述。重点关注当前网约车行业现状问题，包括行业间利益冲突问题。乘客、司机与平台三方之间的权益问题，以及用车安全问题。

ABSTRACT
