Unit 3 What’s the weather like?
Part B let’s learn
一、教学目标
1、能够听、说、读、写5个描述天气的单词：rainy,
snowy, cloudy, sunny, windy
2、能够在情境中理world, Sydney, London, Moscow,
Singapore的意思，并能正确发音。

3、能够看懂/听懂天气预报中关于气候特点语句的
报导，能够在情境中用what’s the weather like?
It’s …and….熟练询问或描述天气情况。

二、教学重难点
1、听、说、认读上述5个描述天气的单词
2、在情境中使用what’s the weather like? It’s …and….
熟练询问或描述天气情况。

三、教学过程
1、Warm up
(1)Greeting：
(2)Revision：利用flash game复习本单元已学单词。

2、Pesentation&Practice
(1)教师呈现一张中国的地图，问：What’s this？由the
map of China引入the map of world.教授world。

(2)创设情境:John’s father wants to travel around the
world, do you know where does he want to go? 出
现各地方的景观图片依次呈现London, Moscow,
Singapore, Sydney等地方并在黑板上板书。

(3)呈现新词：He wants to travel around the world,but
what can he take?Can he take a TV?Can he take
some clothes?(肯定回答)But what kind of clothes
would he take?T-shirt or sweater?(学生随便回答一
种)How can he know?So he must know the world
weather. Now let’s have a look the world
weather.What’s the weather like in London? Let’s
see.出现rainy天气的图标。

板书rainy教授单词
rainy. So it’s rainy in London. Who can act the
weather reporter?以同样的方式呈现snowy。

教师
播放一段大风呼啸的声音，让学生们猜测是什么
天气现象。

板书教授单词windy。

出现天气的图
标问：What’s the weather like? It’s cloudy. 板书教
授单词cloudy.What’s the weather like in Singapore?
It’s cloudy in Singapore .Who can act the weather
reporter?以同样的方式呈现sunny。

让学生们找
出rainy,snowy,windy,cloudy,sunny的相同之处，即
每个形容词都是以y结尾，且发[i]的音。

(4)操练：利用Bomb bomb game进行操练，在玩中学，
玩中巩固刚学的知识。

Make the sentences quikly.
强调句子的3要素（首字母大写，单词将要有间隔，要有标点符号）。

3、Production
Group work: I am a weather reporter. 同桌练习，选代表上来表演。

4、用一首weather song做为一节课的总结。

(时间有剩的话备选)
5、Homework
(1)Copy the new words each one two lines.
(2) Make a weather report to your parents.

三、趣味操练（Practice）
1.学生跟录音跟读词汇，边读边指。
2. Look and say.看图说话活动。活动层次递进，刚开始学生读出教师出示的单词即可，逐渐加大难度，尝试说出一个短句或一段话。
3.人物描述。教师出示学生比较感兴趣的动画图片或者知名人物，学生小组合作进行描述并展示。
五、评价设计
1.过游戏活动检测目标1的达成情况。
2.过猜一猜、听音说话和描述人物活动检测目标2的达成情况。

一、热身/复习（Warm-up/Revision）
1. Let’s chant:Friends。
2.学生分享自己写的描述朋友的句子，教师及时板书比较好的句型，对学生加以鼓励，并利用板书对所学句型进行复习巩固，引导其他学生积极运用所学句型。
4.找朋友。教师制作20份不同的人物信息，学生手持抽取的信息单，在规定时间内寻找新朋友，通过交流，记录新朋友基本信息，并进行汇报。如：
T:How many new friendsdo you have?
Can you introduce him/her?
信息内容：I am Matt. I am from UK. I am 25. I am a teacher. I like reading books.
教师板书时注意把单复数分开。如：
T: A boy is lost, here is some information about him. Can you help his parent find him?学生自主阅读相关描述信息。本课生词均包含其中。
T: Here are some pictures of boys. Which boy is the lost boy?

2.听、说、认读句子My friend has blue glasses.It’s Wu Yifan.His glasses are blue!教学重点和难点1.教学重点:听、说、认读短语:long hair,short haira green bag,blue glasses,brown shoes。

2.教学难点:glasses的发音;短语的灵活组合。

教学准备单词卡片,课件教学过程1.Warm-up(1)复习表示颜色的单词。

(2)复习表示形状的单词。

(3)Free talk。

Talk about your friends.He’s...She’s...2.Presentation(1)借助前面的Free talk,教师说I have a good friend.She’s tall.She has long hair.But I have short hair.(指着自己的头发)从而引出long hair,short hair。

(2)教师借助卡片教学短语long hair,short hair,并把卡片张贴在黑板上。

(3)Look!This is Amy.She’s our friend.呈现Amy的图片。

教师指着Amy的鞋子,领读shoes。

What colour is it?It’s brown.引出brown shoes。

用卡片教学短语brown shoes并把卡片张贴在黑板上。

(4)课件上呈现不同颜色的鞋子,让学生试着用不同的颜色单词和shoes组合。

小组内互相说说彼此的鞋子。

(5)教师用课件变换不同颜色的鞋子,让学生组合短语。

(6)Look!This is Wu Yifan.He’s our friend,too.呈现Wu Yifan的图片。
