兰州大学管理学院高水平科研成果奖励办法(2017年修订)

兰州大学管理学院高水平科研成果奖励办法（2017年修订）第一条指导思想为充分调动广大教学科研人员从事原创性研究和服务经济社会发展的积极性，奖励学院教学科研人员在科学研究中取得的高水平学术成果，加快学院科研国际化进程，快速提高学院科研工作的整体水平、竞争能力和服务社会的效能，以及在国内外的学术地位和知名度，特制定本办法。

第二条奖励范围管理学院高水平科研成果奖励范围是学院教学科研人员发表的管理类且支持学院发展战略、以解决实际管理问题为导向的国际高水平学术论文和国内高水平学术论文和学术专著，取得的国家级科研项目，以及国家级和省级优秀学位论文奖等进行奖励。

1．国际高水平学术论文：以学院教学科研人员为主，发表在以下期刊目录上的专业性学术论文：1）美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校（UT Dallas）发布的全球商学院前100名研究排名（The UTD Top 100 Business School Research Rankings）参考的24种顶级学术期刊（简称UTD 24种期刊）（见附录1）；2）英国金融时报（Financial Times）顶级商学院研究能力排名参考的45种管理类一流学术期刊（简称FT 45种期刊）（见附录2）；3）英国商学院协会（Association of Business School, ABS）出版的高质量学术期刊指南（ABS Academic Journal Quality Guide）（见附录3）；4）公共管理国际高水平学术期刊目录（见附录4）；5）政治学和国际关系国际高水平学术期刊目录（见附录5）6）ESI检索经济学与商学（Economics & Business）类或社会科学（Social Sciences, General）类期刊。

2．国内高水平学术论文和学术专著：以学院教学科研人员为主，发表在以下期刊和出版社目录上的专业性学术论文和专著：1）兰州大学人文社会科学A类期刊和出版社（见附录6）；2）兰州大学管理学院认定的重要期刊（见附录7）；3）国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学部认定的A类重要学术期刊（见附录8）；4）全国百篇优秀教学案例和全国MPA优秀教学案例。

3．国家级科研项目：以学院为主持单位获准立项的国家社会科学基金项目、国家自然科学基金项目、科技部国家软科学项目、教育部人文社科项目，以及学院学术委员会认可的对学院学科发展有重大影响的科学研究项目。

4．国际级科研奖：包括国家最高科学技术奖、国家科学技术进步奖、国家自然科学奖、国家技术发明奖、中华人民共和国国际科学技术合作奖，教育部人文社会科学奖及其它相关科研奖。

第三条奖励标准1．对高水平科研成果和科研获奖实行按分级计分奖励，标准为1万元/分。

2．具体的科研成果和科研获奖分级和计分标准见表1。

3．同一期刊若被分到不同级别，则按照较高级别奖励。

第四条科研奖励的组织和评定1．科研奖励由学院老师提出申请，科研秘书负责审查科研成果和奖励级别，学院主管科研院长复核后报学院行政会议审核，经学院学术委员会批准执行。

2．申请奖励的学术论文必须在论文期刊出版之后（英文文章在论文全文在线发表之后），作者必须提供论文全文及有期刊号（ISSN）或者DOI号的标注页复印件。

其它科研成果需提供必要的证明材料。

3．科研成果署名及多作者奖金计算和分配：1）科研成果第一作者第一署名单位必须为兰州大学管理学院或School of Management, Lanzhou University，方可申请和享受此奖励。

2）若科研成果有多位作者，申请奖励时由排名最前的学院老师申请，并自行确定各作者的贡献比例，学院按照此比例分配奖金。

4．对科研奖励评定过程中出现的诸如科研成果级别、是否管理类科研成果以及其它学术性争议，学院有权委托独立的第三方专家和专家委员会认定或裁定。
