战。女大学生就业难已成了不争的事实。如何发挥女性大学生的特有优势，增强女大学
生自身的就业竞争力，是需要我们认真思考的问题。

女大学学业生就业难既有社会和历史的原因，也有女大学毕业生自身的原因。女大
学毕业生具备自身的就业优势。要通过提高人才培养质量，转变就业观念，拓宽就业渠
道，保障就业合法权益等途径，促进女大学毕业生顺利就业。当今，女大学毕业生就业
较男生更难已成为一个不容回避的社会问题。女大学生应正视现实，正确分析自身的就
