GP系列操作指南一、GP系列测温系统的连接1 系统组成A GP表B 可连接的探头:CI3、GPR、GPS、GPM、MI、TX系列2 连接参照操作手册的接线表连接各种类型的探头和输入类型二、设置参数1A 在显示温度数值时按住 I 键,再按住△键,然后同时放开此时显示内容:H00X ;X—1、2、3、4、5、6B 选择探头类型(或输入类型)按△键选择H001=GPR(GPS)探头H002=GPM探头(MI探头)H003=CI3探头H004=0-5V输入H005=4-20m A输入(TX探头)H006=热偶输入C 不同类型探头的进一步设置H001按I 键设置小数点位此时显示d--x ;X— 0,1按△或▼键关闭(0)或使能(1)小数点位(例如888.8),按一下I键回到温度显示;H002按I 键设置小数点位此时显示d--x ;X— 0,1按△或▼键关闭(0)或使能(1)小数点位(例如888.8),按一下I键输入探头的D值,再按一下I键输入探头的R值,再按一下I键回到温度显示;H003没有该项设置,按一下I键回到温度显示;H004/H005按I 键设置小数点位此时显示d--x ;X— 0,1,2,3,4按△或▼键选择小数点位d=0 关闭小数点位;d=1 小数点在个位位置(例如8888.);d=2小数点在十位位置(例如888.8);d=3小数点在百位位置(例如88.88);d=4小数点在千位位置(例如8.888);另外:对H004按一下I键,设置0V输入时对应的温度值,再按一下I键,设置5V输入时对应的温度值,再按一下I键回到温度显示;对H005按一下I键,设置4mA输入时对应的温度值,再按一下I键,设置20mA输入时对应的温度值,再按一下I键回到温度显示;H006按I 键设置小数点位此时显示d--x ;X— 0,1按△或▼键关闭(0)或使能(1)小数点位(例如888.8),按一下I键设置热偶的输入类型此时显示TC-x ;X— 1,2,3,4,5,6,7按△或▼键选择TC=1 J型热偶;TC=2 K型热偶;TC=3 E型热偶;TC=4 N型热偶;TC=5 R型热偶;TC=6 S型热偶;TC=7 T型热偶;按一下I键回到温度显示;2 设置发射率按I 键到显示EX.XX ; X.XX:0.10-1.09按△或▼键输入发射率值,按I键到其它参数设置项或回到温度显示;3 1和2A 使能或关闭报警功能按I 键到显示S1-X 或S2-X ; X— 0,1按△或▼键关闭(0)或使能(1)报警功能;B 输入报警温度值按一下I键,按△或▼键输入温度值;C 设置温度触发方式和输出方式按一下I 键到显示b--X ; X— 0,1,2,3再按△或▼键选择b=0 温度低于设定值时输出高电平,平时输出低电平;b=1温度高于设定值时输出高电平,平时输出低电平;b=2温度低于设定值时输出低电平,平时输出高电平;b=3温度高于设定值时输出低电平,平时输出高电平;注:面板指示灯“O”、“N”、“L”显示当前的温度状态(高于、正常或低于设定的温度点);D 设置死区温度值按一下I 键到显示d00X ; X≥1按△或▼键输入相应数值;4 设置4-20mAA按I 键直到显示“Lo”,再按I 键到4mA对应的温度值,按△或▼键输入需要的温度数值;B 设置20mA模拟输出对应的温度值按I 键直到显示“Hi”,再按I 键到20mA对应的温度值,按△或▼键输入需要的温度数值;设定完毕后,按I 键直到温度显示模式;5 设置温度单位A按I 键直到显示“C 1”,按△或▼键击活“1”或撤消“0”℃温度单位;B 设置℉温度单位按I 键直到显示“F 1”,按△或▼键击活“1”或撤消“0”℉温度单位;设定完毕后,按I 键直到温度显示模式;6 设置峰值保持/谷值保持/平均值时间A 设置峰值保持按住▼键,再按 I 键,然后同时放开,显示“PH”;再按 I 键显示当前的峰值保持时间(秒);按△和▼键输入要设定的时间值;注:000值时关闭峰值保持。

在开始使用GP之前,请认真阅读本手册的有关说明。
本手册对GP产品的硬件特性、连接及初始化设定等内容作介绍。
警告:为了安全、正确地使用该装置,请遵守下列准则。
* 因为存在触电的危险,因此在连接电源线到GP上时,确保电源线没有接通电源。
* 由于GP内部装有高电压部件,当拆解该装置时,可能会引起触电,不要拆解GP。
* 不要使用超过电压范围的电源。
使用超过指定电压范围的电源,可能会损坏GP。
* 在有可燃性气体的环境中不要使用GP,否则可能引起爆炸。
* GP使用一个锂电池用来支持内部时钟数据。
如果错误的更换电池,可能引起爆炸。
为了避免危险,请不要自己更换电池。
当需要更换电池时,请与天任联系。
* 在涉及生命或有重大灾难的情况下,不要使用触摸屏键。
应使用单独的开关。
* 当GP与它的主控制器之间的通信出现错误时,请设计你的系统以便机器动作不会出现错误。
如果不这样,人有受到伤害的危险并且有可能损坏设备。
预防措施:* 不要用硬的或重物碰撞触摸屏,或用太大的力量按触摸屏,因为可能会导致无法修补的损伤。
* 如果放置GP的环境温度超出了规定的温度范围,GP将可能被损坏。
* 在GP的内部,不允许有水、液体或金属物质,否则会使GP损坏或触电。
* 避免减少GP的通风空间,或在易升温的环境中存放、使用GP。
* 避免在阳光直射、灰尘多、肮脏的环境中存放使用GP。
* GP是精密仪器。
注意不要对GP有大的冲击或振动,否则仪器容易损坏。
* 不要使用油漆,有机溶剂或强酸复合物擦拭显示器。
* 因为可能会有无法预料的事情发生,请对您的画面数据做备份。

The "settings.txt" file will only be created if it is not present.When EPIC is first started, it will build a number of files (unless they are already there from a previous installation) in the installation directory.If upgrading from EPIC V21.009 or earlier please be aware that the new program EXE is called either EPIC32.EXE or EPIC64.EXE and that previous shortcuts might not work or will link to previous EPIC.EXEElectron Plus products require a USB connection to a PC running EPIC (our proprietary software) in order to function.EPIC now comes in two compiled versions (since version 21.010):EPIC64 - for 64 bit Windows installations & PC's (we recommend this).EPIC32 - for 32 bit legacy Windows machines.You can download the latest copy of EPIC for free from www.electron.plus/software, EPIC is being constantly revised with new features, updates and bug fixes.1. The requirements of the applicable guidelines must be observed and complied with.The product may be used only in the context of its defined application parameters (☞ 6, Page 13).SCHUNK assumes that application in question was tested with the calculation program for gripping modules (SSG).The product is designed for industrial use. To use this unit as intended, it is also essential to observe the technical data and installation and operation notes in this manual and to comply with the maintenance intervals.Not intended useUse which is not specified as an intended use is for instance when the product is for example used as a pressing tool, stamping tool, lifting tool, guide for tools, cutting tool, tensioning mean, boring tool.Environmental and operating conditions• Make sure that the product and the top jaws are a sufficient size for the application.• Observe Maintenance and lubrication intervals (☞ 9.2, Page 25).• Make sure that the environment is free from splash water and vapors as well as from abrasion or processing dust. Exceptions are products that are designed especially for contaminated environments.2 2.1 2.2 2.3 Basic safety notes8Product safetyDangers arise from the product, if:• the product is not used in accordance with its intended purpose.• the product is not installed or maintained properly.• the safety and installation notes are not observed.Avoid any manner of working that may interfere with the function and operational safety of the product.Wear protective equipment.NOTEMore information are contained in the relevant chapters.Protective equipmentProvide protective equipment per EC Machinery Directive.Demands on the top jawsArrange the top jaws such that when the product is depressurized it can reach one of the end positions either open or closed and therefore no residual energy can be released when changing the top jaws.Constructional changes, attachments, or modificationsAdditional drill holes, threads, or attachments that are not offered as accessories by SCHUNK may be attached only with permission of SCHUNK.Personnel qualificationThe assembly, initial commissioning, maintenance, and repair of the product may be performed only by trained specialistpersonnel. Every person called upon by the operator to work on the product must have read and understood the complete assembly and operating manual, especially the chapter "Basic safety notes" ( 2, Page 7). Do not install anantenna in the sub-unit as this mayimpair reception.•The enclosure can be locked with a standard electrical enclosure key(triangular key).2.6 InstallationScrew the enclosure to the wall through the back of the enclosure.2.7 Cable installation2.7.1 General informationThe CGC100 communicates with the CHARGESTORM® Connected and/orCSR100 charging stations over Ethernet via a switch.Note that the Ethernet switch is not part of the load monitor and must be purchased separately. One port is needed per charging box plus one for the load monitor. You will also need an additional port for Internet access, if required.It is advisable to run the Ethernet and electrical cables simultaneously.A personal protective device for each charging outlet is located in the charging station.2.7.2 Cable installation – EthernetThe following Ethernet cables need to be connected (the Ethernet cables should be Cat5 or Cat6 cables with an RJ45 connector at each end).•You will need one cable betweeneach charging box and switch. Forinstance, if there are eight chargingboxes in the installation, you will needeight cables.•Install one cable between the loadmonitor and the switch.•If Internet access is required, please install an appropriate cable. Note that the Ethernet cables may not be longer than approx. 90 m. If longer cables are needed, repeaters must be used to strengthen the signal.2.7.3 Current transformersWhen other loads in the premises need to be monitored by the load monitor, current transformer cables must be installed from the energy meter in the CGC100 to the relevant metering point. Install one current transformer per phase, i.e. three current transformers: L1, L2 and L3.Note: Current is only measured via the current transformers. The current direction must be correct. The kWh will NOT increase and the LED will NOT flash if the current direction is incorrect. The current and voltage must be measured on the same phase. A neutral conductor must be available. Below is an example of connection in a 3-phase system. The input power should be connected to an internal terminal block.Because the unit is connected to the power grid, installation must be performed by a certified electrician.3 Installation3.1 Step by step1. Cable installation.a. Choose the installation points forthe sub-unit, charging stations and Ethernet switch.b. Install the electrical and Ethernetcables.c. Connect the phases alternately oneach charging box. Carefully note down the phase rotation, which must be known when the load balancing is configured in the software. Check the installation beforeswitching on the power to prevent the risk of short-circuiting.b. Configure each individual chargingbox via the mini USB interface so that NanoGrid is activated. Verify that the firmware version is R3.6.1 or higher. CHARGESTORM® Connected shows the electric vehicle charging status using symbols. See user manual, ref. 2).4.1 Vehicle chargingConnect the charging cable to the vehicle. The green outlet symbol will change to a flashing blue battery and charging will begin.To stop charging, disconnect the cable from the car.4.2 MaintenanceThe residual current device should be tested once a year.4.3 Resetting of personal protectivedeviceIf the personal protective device on the CHARGESTORM® Connected is triggered, open the front panel with the key and reset the device.5 TestingAfter installation, perform the following tests on all the charging stations (if no other test instructions are available).To do this you need access to a chargeable vehicle, or to a CHARGESTORM® Connected test box that can simulate charging.5.1 Testing of electric vehicleconnectorConnect the electric vehicle connector to the vehicle and verify that charging has started. The LED indicator turns blue during charging.5.2 Earth fault testingPress the test button on the residual current device in the CHARGESTORM® Connected and note whether the device trips.
