本论文运用文献资料法、案例研究法、专家访谈法、比较分析法等研究方 法，结合我国公共体育场馆的实际现状，应用体育经济学、管理学等多学科的 理论知识，对国内外大中型公共体育场馆的运营模式进行了综合性的比较分析， 得出科学的结论。
本文从国内、外各选取了一个典型案例，从运营环境、经营项目、管理体 制、经济效益等几个方面分别进行了阐述。通过对国内外案例的分析，引出国 内外体育场馆运营模式中投融资模式、经营管理体制、经营管理内容三个主要 的核心方面的比较，从而得出应当逐步建立起适应我国现阶段发展的，以多元 化建设、企业化经营及多功能利用为基础的公共体育场馆运营模式的结论，并 提出相关建议，以期对我国公共体育场馆未来的发展有所帮助。

This paper utilizes the literature material law, the case method, expert interview, comparative analysis and other methods, in combination with the actual situation of public sports venues, sports economics, management science theory knowledge, to the operation mode of the public gyms and stadiums for the comprehensive comparison and analysis of the scientific conclusion.

ABSTRACT
As national sports venues of state-owned assets, the huge investment in the development of sports industry is an important material conditions, it is an important basis of development of sports industry. Because China's existing public sports venues for large-scale event is the most held built with investment quota, funds, single function, slow recovery efficiency, low cost of maintenance and management of late complex numerous problems, higher restricted the development of venues. Therefore, learn from foreign advanced experience of sports venues, sustainable, multi-function construction standard, diversified investment and the enterprise management in the organic union, more flexible and efficient operation of our public sports venues. This can avoid public sports venues for resources caused by excessive idle asset loss and economic losses, and can meet the increasing bodybuilding and mass cultural and recreational activities, thus make the need to get rid of the management of public venues, greater social benefits and economic benefits.
