分析会计专业英语教学质量的提高计专业英语是基于会计专业知识的语言学习,怎样浅析会计专业英语教学质量的提高?结合笔者多年的会计专业英语教学工作经验,从会计专业英语的学科定位,教材的选择、教学方案的制定,教学模式、教学方法和考核方式的改革和创新,以及教师综合素质的提高几个方面,对如何提高会计专业英语教学质量进行了探讨。

会计作为一种国际商业语言,在全球经济一体化中的重要作用日益彰显,国家需要会计专业方面高水平的国际型、创新型、复合型人才,既要精通国际会计专业知识,又要能够熟练使用英语进行会计业务的处理和交流,这对会计专业英语的教学工作提出了越来越高的要求。

笔者结合自己多年的教学经验和体会,从以下几个方面对如何提高会计专业英语教学质量进行了探讨。

目前,国内各高校对会计双语教学的重视程度普遍提高,而且对双语教学的探讨也在逐步加深,但是对会计专业英语的教学却显得重视不够。

一方面表现为将该课程设定为选修课而不是必修课,或者虽是必修课但也是考查课而非考试课;另一方面表现为课时有限,一般都只安排一个学期三四十个学时。

这极不利于会计专业英语教学质量的提高,而且目前这一现状仍未得到改观。

究其原因,笔者认为主要是会计专业英语在大学学科体系中没有得到准确定位所致。

首先,会计专业英语是根底英语教学的延续和扩展,是学生从学英语到用英语并掌握英语实用技能的关键环节,它侧重语言的应用及有关会计专业方面的英语知识,是从理论向实践的具体转化。

其次,会计专业英语不同于会计双语教学。

会计专业英语是基于会计专业知识的语言学习,而双语教学是在教学过程中用双语(一般为中、英文)来传授会计专业知识,二者的教学目的不同。

会计专业英语都是选用一级学科非常通用的专业词汇来组编内容,而会计双语教学都是会计专业根底课程,属于二级学科甚至三级学科,专业性非常强,因此二者的教学内容也有所不同。

但是,二者的终极目的是相同的, 而且会计专业英语可以为学生扩充会计专业根底课必备的根本英语知识,对会计双语教学有积极的促进作用。

高职院校会计英语教学中存在的问题和对策为了适应社会发展需要，不少高职院校开设了会计专业英语课程。

笔者参与了近两年的会计专业英语的教学工作，结合实际探讨其教学过程中存在的问题，并提出了相应对策。

多数教师在教授会计英语课程时并没有弄清楚真正的教学目的和课程定位，上课只是完成对课程翻译的讲授，解释长句难句，带领学生练习一下专业术语，将专业英语课程当成基础英语来讲解，错误地引导学生把主要精力用在单词的学习上。

而忘记了学校开设该门课程真正的目的。

还有些教师对该课程的实用性没有信心，当然无法说服学生重视这门课，因而上课只能是教师唱主角，学生能跟就跟，师生互动性差。

有的教师觉得专业英语无法吸引学生的学习积极性，就在课堂上增加了趣味性的英语笑话、故事等，想让学生最起码学到一些英语听说方面的知识，这样反而更加混淆了专业英语学习与基础英语学习的目标。

2、课堂教学缺乏高职高专特色，忽视了培养学生的实际操作能力。

目前，会计英语在教学上基本还是采用课堂讲授方式，多数教师侧重于专业术语的解释、课文内容的翻译。

以及句型和语法结构的分析，几乎没有借助任何的教学工具。

实践操作的内容很少，与高职高专院校人才培养目标脱离较远。

其实，高职高专院校的会计英语课程既不应是单纯教英语，也不应是单纯传授专业知识，而是要以实践训练为主，让学生学会在专业领域中用英语进行有实际意义的交流。

3、学生水平较差，学习劲头不足。

高职院校的生源大部分是没有达到普通高校录取线的普高、职高的毕业生。

英语基础较差。

学生对基础英语的学习就没什么兴趣。

更不用说枯燥难懂的专业英语了，再加上会计专业英语教材难度上升幅度比较大，很多学生上课听不懂，学着困难，无法与教师互动，因而产生畏惧心理，甚至厌学。

还有很多学生对这门课程不重视，认为与会计实际工作联系不大。

学了无用。

因此，高职会计专业学生对会计专业英语课程不重视的现象非常普遍。

在岁尾年初，乘着时光的列车，回顾一学期的工作，我们英语教研团队在学校领导的关心下，在赵主任、顾主任的指导下，兢兢业业、脚踏实地做了很多事。

现总结如下：集体备课篇老师们按时参加集体备课，精心研究教材，整合课本资源，研究合作学习策略，探讨合作技能训练。

分析学情，调动学生积极参与课堂学习。

集体备课的有效性，为规范课堂行为，提高课堂效率提供了有力保障。

公开课篇为提高教师的课堂教学水平，提升教师业务素养，研究合作学习、模块教学，学校组织了新教师合作学习达标课、明礼公开课等一系列活动。

老师们在赛课过程中集思广益，互帮互助，共同提高，受益匪浅。

在区级优质课比赛中顾红燕主任和高贝丽老师均表现优异，分获一等奖和二等奖的好成绩。

教研篇这个学期我们全员参加了市网络研修，区网络研修学习，迎来了重庆骨干教师听课交流，也积极走出去，参加各级培训学习，丰富自身头脑。

我们全员参与了淄博市初中英语阅读研讨会，观摩优秀教师的课堂，了解英语阅读课的课改趋势。

教师代表参加了高新区小学英语绘本阅读听课研讨，了解小学英语课改进程，为中小衔接工作做好铺垫。

活动篇我们的课堂因为有了学生的参与而精彩。

这个学期的学生活动异彩纷呈。

回首相互扶持共同进步的日子，我们发掘了无限可能，收获满满。

新的学期我们这个团结和谐的团队将不断学习，完善自我，关注课堂，聚焦合作，在研究中教学，最终促进个人发展、提高教育教学质量!【会计英语学习总结第2篇】这学期我担任小学三年级的英语教学工作，由于是小学低段的教学工作，我注重培养孩子的英语学习兴趣，从各个方面培养和锻炼孩子的听说能力，利用一切机会让孩子们练习听说能力，创造说英语的一切机会，尽可能多地让他们了解西方的风土人情，文化色彩，增强语感。

当然这些工作都是要紧紧围绕一年级教学课本。

英语教学经验之我见1熟悉大纲，钻研教材上课前，我首先熟悉教材，了解教学大纲明确本册书的教学要求及编写意图，其次结合各部分内容的特点，设计出最理想的教学方案，即根据每节内容不同，设计不同的师生互动方式：适合表演的内容，让学生在分角色表演中加深对故事人物的理解，适合用挂图的用挂图，没有挂图用简笔画代替。

2加强思想教育学习前结合英语学科的特点，对学生进行思想教育，让同学们认识到英语是一门将要伴随他们步入高等学府的重要课程，是一门勤能补拙的课程，这种思想要从刚接触英语的三年级同学开始渗透，让他们树立信心，下定决心学好这门功课。

3严把书写关从一开始上课就要引导学生严格按照字母书写规则去写字母，只有字母写好了才能把单词、句子写好。

4单词教学字母学完以后，就是教学单词，教单词时，要先教给他们上些简单的音标，在讲授音标时，要求学生观察口形模仿发音，同时在巩固中，摆口形，让学生猜音标。

学完音标后教给他们使用英汉词典的方法，让同学们在课前预习时，将所学单词音标查出来，并标注在单词旁，上课时将标有音标的单词写于黑板上，引导学生们共同完成拼读任务，然后各学习各小组内部交流体会发音，个别发音不准的同学在这个过程中得以纠正。

交流完毕后组织学生进行速记：1、有的单词可用手势表演帮助记忆，手势表演以其生动的直观性、简单的操作性很容易被学生模仿、运用。

如在教学方位词（oninunderbehind）时运用不同方位的手势，让学生边说边做，从而使学生牢固建立起记忆。

2、有些词组可用体态动作作帮助记忆如教“get up（起床）、havebreakfast(早餐)，go to school(去上学)，go to bed(上床睡觉)”如果枯燥的讲授，学生一下很难区分、掌握这些词组，这时可设计一些富有童趣的体态动作，如教get up(起床)时，教师可揉揉朦胧的睡眼伸伸懒腰，再做穿衣状，久而久之教师在不断的训练中与学生产生了默契，提高了课堂效率，并寓教于动，增添了趣味加强了记忆。

会计专业外语教学问题和对策在全球经济一体化的驱动下，市场对于双语型会计人才的需求加大。

为了适应时代发展增强学生竞争力，各高校纷纷开设会计专业外语课程。

本文通过对会计专业外语教学中存在的问题进行分析，探索出解决对策。

一、会计专业外语教学存在的问题（一）教学方法陈旧古板。

受到当前教育资源教育环境的影响，会计专业外语教学主要采用传统的讲授式教学方法，这种方法主要形式为教师讲解相关理论知识。

传统的教学方法无法激发学生学习兴趣，导致学生缺乏学习专业知识的积极性，课堂效果差，教学目标难以实现。

（二）缺乏合适教材。

在教学中，恰当的教材选择对于提高教学效果具有重要作用，但在当前会计专业外语课程市场中选择合适的英语教材并不容易。

国外原版教材在语言表达方式方面具有优势，但对于非英语专业学生来说难度较大。

国内会计英语教材虽然语言难度适中，但相关会计知识表述专业性不够。

此外教材中练习过少，缺乏对于所学知识的实际运用，不利于学生对于专业知识的巩固和加深。

另一方面，由于教材由任课教师自主选择，因此存在较为主观和片面的现象。

（三）师资力量不足。

受到会计专业外语课程自身特点的限制，讲授该课程的教师不仅需具备会计专业知识，还需具备较高英语能力。

由于民办本科院校资金和各种硬件条件的限制，师资力量相对较弱，一方面英语能力较低的教师过于强调会计专业知识而忽略与英语的结合；另一方面，很多年轻教师英语能力较强但缺乏实践经验无法将国际企业中会计工作融入到课堂讲解中。

教师的专业能力将直接影响教学效果和学生对于专业知识的学习，因此师资力量的建设将对会计英语教学有重要意义。

（四）学生英语基础薄弱。

对于民办本科院校的学生来说，大多英语基础较为薄弱，并且会计专业英语将进一步增加英语学习的难度，因此许多学生缺乏对此门学科的兴趣和积极性。

会计英语课程不同于会计课程和英语课程的单一性知识的掌握，在教学中经常出现专业术语较多的现象，且内容句式较长，是许多学生学习的主要障碍。
