US Signs GlobalTobacco Treaty

approving a global tobacco treaty thatpromises to help
control the deadly effects of tobacco use throughout theworld.
Health and Human Services Secretary Tommy Thompson signed the
FrameworkConvention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) this week at
