变压器油中气在线监测系统的研究摘要:变压器油中气在线监测技术通过对绝缘油中溶解气体的测量和分析,实现对大型变压器内部运行状态的在线监控,能够及时发现和诊断其内部故障,弥补了实验室色谱分析的不足,为保证变压器的安全经济运行提供了技术支持,是保证变压器及电网系统安全经济运行的重要手段。
文章分析了变压器油中气在线监测系统现状,并探究了系统设计和控制的策略。
关键词:变压器油;在线监测:检测器;数据处理一、变压器油中气在线监测系统的现状现行的油中溶解气体监测系统采用色谱分析监测手段,其存在一定的局限性:①试验周期长;②对需要跟踪分析其发展状况和产气增长速率的大型变压器,不能连续监测。
安装油中溶解气体在线监测装置,通过对绝缘油中溶解气体的测量和分析,可以实现大型变压器内部运行状态的在线监控,能够及时发现和诊断其内部故障,随时掌握设备的运行状况,弥补了试验室色谱分析的不足,为保证变压器的安全经济运行和状态检修提供了技术支持,是保证变压器及电网系统安全经济运行的重要手段,可以给电力行业带来经济效益和社会效益。
由于在线监测的重要意义,国内外都对此做过大量的研究开发工作。
尤其是近几年来,国内外在变压器油在线监测原理的研究和装置的研制方面取得了很大的进展,成熟的油中溶解气体在线监测仪不断投入使用,对充油变压器故障气体的在线监测提供了各种解决方案,大大提高了变压器运行维护和故障监测水平。
根据国内外技术分析,存在问题主要有:一台在线色谱监测系统一般只监测一台变压器,利用率低;受环境因素的影响大,电磁环境、环境温度和湿度等均有影响,导致了数据的准确性不理想,对变压器可能造成不利影响。
油路循环系统,如果密封不好,一是造成漏油,二是可能致使空气渗入变压器,造成设备的含气量升高,危及变压器安全运行等。
二、变压器油中气在线监测系统的研究1、在线监测系统的总体构架油中气体在线监测系统是以一个完整的嵌入式应用系统为核心,结合实际情况和处理器的功能,选择合适的温度采集模块、系统输入模块(键盘或触摸屏)、显示模块(数码管或液晶显示屏)、通讯模块(并行总线或现场总线等)。

其中AD有两种模式:准同步方式和异步方式。
32通道独立程控增益,用户可根据需要选择1、2、4、8或1、10、10、1000两种。
单通道或多通道采集时用户可以任意指定起始通道。
默认量程为±5V或0-10V也可根据用户特殊需求定制量程。
本板的采集精度12位,综合误差1LSB,因此,采样精度非常高。
本板外带总线扩展接口,可为用户提供多种扩展功能,提供总线有:CAN总线、RS-485总线、232总线、并行现场总线。
这样使用户无需深入了解USB的协议及底层控制方法,就像操作PC总线一样,通过USB接口实现对用户系统的控制。
准同步方式:两次采样的时间间隔由用户设定,而在一次采样中各个通道之间按最短时间采样,此时间为10us 。
异步方式:两次采样的时间间隔由用户设定,而在一次采样中各个通道采样时间间隔为平均时间。
选配的录波器软件可以直接与AD8215接口,软件与硬件搭配在一起,组成一套功能强大的数据采集系统,是现场信号检测的好帮手,实际通过的总采集速度100ksps(Sample Per Second:采样次数/秒),也就是采样频率可以达到100000次/秒。
因此,本采集系统可以代替示波器,盒磁带机,可以长时间记录并保存现场信号,而且可以现场实时看到信号波形等。
二、性能和技术指标2.1 性能与指标本板采用数字光电隔离技术,板上带DC-DC电源块,模拟信号地线和计算机地线分开,可防止有害信号通过采集卡串到计算机内,以避免由此引起计算机损坏,此外对降低环境噪声对信号的干扰也有益处。
