安徽省广德县人民医院安徽广德 242200 【摘要】目的比较应用新型一次性包皮环切缝合器与传统包皮环切术治疗包皮过长包茎患者的临床疗效。
方法对2014年5月至2015年11月于我院行包皮手术的患者共160例进行观察，分别应用新型一次性包皮环切缝合器及传统包皮环切术治疗，对2组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛程度、外观满意度、术后并发症等进行统计学分析。
结果新型一次性包皮环切缝合器组的疗效显著优于传统包皮环切术组（P＜ 0.05），术后并发症及水肿也显著减低（P＜0.05），但费用相对较高。
结论新型一次性包皮环切缝合器较传统环切术手术时间短、出血量少、痛苦小、美观、术后水肿等并发症少，值得推广应用；而传统手术费用低廉、适应症广、技术成熟，仍具有一定的应用价值。
因此，临床上究竟选择何种术式，需综合考虑患者经济条件及病情的需要。

Methods There were 160 circumcision surgery cases of patients during May 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pain degree, appearance satisfaction, postoperative complications of the 2 groups were statistically analyzed. Results The curative effect of the disposable circumcision suture group was significantly better than that of the traditional circumcision group(P<0.05),and the postoperative complications and edema were significantly reduced(P<0.05),but the cost is relatively high. Conclusion the new disposable circumcision suture than traditional circumcision with shorter operative time, less bleeding, less pain, postoperative appearance and less complications.So it is worthy of popularization and application. 【Key words】Circumcision；Disposable circumcision suture device；Phimosis 包皮过长、包茎是泌尿外科的常见病，可影响未成年人的阴茎发育，容易诱发早泄，引起包皮炎、龟头炎、尿道炎甚至诱发阴茎癌等，局部长期炎症、免疫功能障碍，易引发生殖器疱疹、尖锐湿疣等性疾病的感染及传播[1]。
