primary, secondary education paid

further education paid by citizens
1.tax revenue come from citizens, should give citizens the welfare 3. provide more career opportunities and higher incomes
2.benifit both individuals and the society ernment should provide scholarship and financial aid
As education becomes increasingly important, a certain amount of people hold a view that all education including primary, secondary and further education should be paid all by the government. I partly agree with this point of view.
The funds of government most come from the tax revenue supported by the citizens; therefore, the state should pay the cost of primary and secondary education for all people to help them acquire good knowledge base. It is not fair if people contribute parts of the salary to their country but cannot enjoy the educational welfare. Furthermore, this practice
may not only benefit the individuals themselves, but also promote the economic and culture of the whole society as the fundamental education would improve the productivity and competitiveness of a country.
However, the tuition fees of further education, from undergraduate to postgraduate, should be paid by the citizens themselves as further education such as bachelor degree, master degree and doctor degree could provide more career opportunities and higher incomes than primary and secondary education do after people accomplish their courses. More importantly, the state should establish the scholarship system for students who excel in academic courses and researches and offer financial aid such as loans for people who have the quality to receive further education but cannot afford the tuitions.
In conclusion, it is essential that the spending of people attending primary and secondary schools should be paid by the government while citizens should pay for their tuitions but supported with scholarship and financial assistance by the state if people plan to attend further education.
