本品质量标准中含量测定仅限于人工牛黄和蟾酥,处方中主药麝香的主要成分麝香酮只有定性鉴别项,无含量测定要求[1-2]。
笔者采用气相色谱法测定六神丸中麝香酮含量,报道如下。
1 仪器与试药GC-2010型气相色谱仪(日本岛津)。
麝香酮对照品(中国药品生物制品检定所,批号为0819-200006);试剂(均为分析纯);六神丸6批样品和麝香阴性样品(批号分别为EA10053,FA1003和FA1006的样品由上海雷允上药业有限公司提供;批号分别为050502,050503和050504的样品及麝香阴性样品由苏州雷允上药业有限公司提供)。
2 方法与结果2.1 色谱条件色谱柱:HP 50+石英毛细管柱(30 m ×0.53 mm,1 μm);柱温:165℃;进样口温度:150℃;检测器温度:190℃;载气:N2;流速:2 mL/min;柱前压:80 kPa;空气:400mL/min;氢气:40 mL/min;尾吹:50 mL/min;分流比:2 ∶1;进样量:1 μL。

结果:麝香酮在0.01264mg/ml~0.2527mg/ml呈良好的线性关
系,Y=460.14X+0.8469,r=0.9997,麝香酮的平均回收率
97.53%,RSD=2.46%(n=5)。
结论:本方法重现性好,可有效的控制小儿醒脑片的质量。

GC-MS/MS法测定金牛眼药、拨云散眼药、特灵眼药中麝香酮的含量作者:王晓蕾袁浩王常顺刘永利来源:《河北工业科技》2019年第05期摘要:为了全面有效地评价眼药的内在质量,针对眼药质量标准中均未设置与人工麝香相关质控指标的现状,研究了GC-MS/MS法测定金牛眼药、拨云散眼药、特灵眼药中麝香酮含量的方法。
采用P-5MS毛细管柱(30 m×025 mm×025 μm),分流进样,分流比为3∶1,进样量为1 μL,程序升温,选择电子轰击源(EI源),多反应监测模式(MRM)进行测定,监测离子对及电压为m/z 23830>9810(CE6),m/z 20920>9520(CE 12),m/z 20920>10920(CE 9)。
结果表明,麝香酮保留时间为1030 min,线性范围为5318~1 3296 ng(r=0999 4),金牛眼药、拨云散眼药、特灵眼药的加样回收率(n=9)分别为952%,955%和951%,RSD值分别为15%,19%和12%。
研究方法简便准确,重复性良好,可用于金牛眼药、拨云散眼药、特灵眼药中人工麝香含量的控制,为全面评价眼药质量提供技术支撑。
关键词:中药化学;麝香酮;含量测定;GC-MS/MS法;眼药中图分类号:R282.5;; 文献标志码:AAbstract:In order to comprehensively and effectively evaluate the internal quality of eye drops, a GC-MS/MS method is established to determine the content of muscone in inniu eye medicine, Boyunsan eye medicine and Teling eye medicine in view of the current situation that no quality control index related to artificial musk is set in the quality standard of eye medicines. P-5MS capillary column (30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm) is used for split injection with a split ratio of 3∶1,an injection volume of 1 μL, and programmed temperature. The electron bombardment source (EI source) and the multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM) are selected. The monitored ions and voltage are: m/z 238.30>9810 (CE6),m/z 209.20>95.20 (CE 12),m/z 209.20>109.20 (CE 9). The results show when the retention time of muscone is 10.30 min,the linear range is of 53.18~1 329.6 ng(r=0.999 4). The recovery rate (n=9) of inniu eye medicine, Boyunsan eye medicine and Teling eye medicine are 95.2%, 95.5% and 95.1%, with RSD of 1.5%, 1.9% and 1.2%, respectively. The method is simple, accurate and has good repeatability. 方法:采用(5%-苯基)-甲基聚硅氧烷为固定相的色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm×1.8 μm),FID检测器温度为300 ℃,载气为氮气,流速为1.5 mL/min,未分流,柱温为程序升温,进样量为1 μL。
以正十八烷为内标物,采用内标法以峰面积比进行检验计算。
结果:阴性对照品溶液在与内标溶液、对照品溶液和供试品溶液色谱图相同时间处未见相同色谱峰,麝香酮在进样量为0.120 1~1.200 6 ng的范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.999 7),精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均<3%,平均回收率为99.93%,RSD为1.30%( n =6)。
结论:该方法操作简便,与本品现行药典方法相比,检测结果更准确重复性更好,检测时间大大缩短,可用于小金胶囊中麝香酮的含量测定。

Methods:(5%-phenyl)-methylpolysilicone was used as the stationary phase column(30 m × 0.32 mm × 1.8 μm).FID detector temperature was 300 ℃.Carrier gas was nitrogen.The flow rate was 1.5 mL/min,with no shunt.Column temperature was programmed temperature.And injection volume was 1 μL.N-octadecane was used as internal standard,and internal standard method was used to perform test and calculation according to the peak area ratio. Results:The same chromatographic peak was not seen at the same time in chromatograms of negative reference solution,internal standard solution,reference solution and test solution.Musk ketone had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1201~1.2006 ng injection volume(R2 = 0.999 7).RSD for precision,stability,and repeatability tests was < 3%.The average recovery was 99.93% and the RSD was 1.30%(n = 6). 气相色谱法测定麝香保心丸中冰片和麝香酮的含量张楠;艾芸【摘要】Objective:To establish the methods for determing borneol and Musk ketone in Shexiang Baoxin Pills .Method:GC(Thermo‐TG‐WAXMS capillary column ;FID as detector)were used ,The column temperature was rose by program .Results :A good linearity relationship with the peak areas was exhibited when the sample size of borneol and Musk ketone were in the range of 32 .06~513 .02μg/mL (r=0 .9997) and y=8 .1037x -0 .7348μg/mL(r=0 .9995) re‐spectively ,The average rate of recovery was 98 .7% and 98 .6% .Conclusion:The method is simple、accurate、and highly sensitive and suitable for Shexiang Baoxin Pills .%目的:建立麝香保心丸中冰片和麝香酮的气相色谱测定法。
方法:采用气相色谱外标法,Thermo‐TG‐WAXMS石英毛细管柱;FID检测器,程序升温。
结果:冰片、麝香酮的线性范围分别为32.06~513.02μg/m L (r=0.9997)、y=8.1037x -0.7348μg/m L (r=0.9995),平均回收率分别为98.5%、98.7%。
结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于麝香保心丸的质量控制。
