Remove the main assembly from the rear of the case. Squeeze the finger holds on the rear cover, or use a small screwdriver to depress the side latches to release it from the case. It is not necessary to separate the rear cover from the main circuit card.
Locate the option card connector for the serial communication card. Hold the unit by the rear cover, not the display board, when installing an option card.
Install the option card by aligning the option card with the slot in the rear cover. Be sure the connector is fully engaged and the tab on the option card rests in the alignment slot on the display board.
Slide the assembly back into the case. Be sure the rear cover latches fully into the case.

电子秤使用手册1 电子秤连接使用规范1.1 连接使用规范说明本节主要讲解电子称的物理连接、电子称端口设置及使用。

下图为“PC机与电子秤物理连接图”：1.2 连接使用详细操作说明电子秤的连接使用主要分为三部分1. 电子秤仪表前功能示意图和后功能示意图2. 电子秤与PC连接及标定与调试3. 电子称端口设置及测试1.2.1 电子秤仪表前功能示意图和后功能示意图1、了解XK3190-A7称重显示器仪表键盘功能：前功能示意图（1）、【置零】键：按下该键后，在[05 **]参数档中确认的范围内将当前称量值置零，“零位”指示灯亮，否则无效。

（2）、【去皮】键：按下该键后，将当前称量值（必须大于零位）作为皮重，“去皮”指示灯亮。

（3）、【累计】键：按下该键后，将当前称量值加入累计量，“累计”指示灯亮，显示累计量约2秒，再显示累计次数（由字母t指示）约2秒钟，“累计”指示灯灭，恢复到称重状态。

（4）、【切换】键：按下该键后，显示值以优于所选的分度值一档的数值显示，分度值为1的除外。

（5）、【清除】键：按下该键后，显示[C-Add]约2秒，清除累计量，然后恢复称量状态。

2、了解XK3190-A7称重显示器仪表后面连接示意图电子称端口设置及测试、电子称端口设置将电子称和电脑连接好以后，现在我们根据原核心业务系统的需要在电脑上进行设置步骤一：在“我的电脑”上单击鼠标右键，选择“属性”如下图。

步骤二：在下面的“系统属性“中，选择红色标注的“硬件”。

然后选择“设备管理器”。

步骤三：找到如图红色标示出来的地方，双击打开下面蓝色标注的“通讯端口（COM1）”步骤四：在“通讯端口（COM1）属性”中点击红色标注的“端口设置”。

步骤五：点击端口设置后，将每秒位数“9600”改为“1200”然后单击确认，再将设备管理器关闭。

电子称测试当电子秤同电脑连接好之后，打开子系统—帮助—电子秤设置，如下图所示：把快件或包裹放在电子称上，点击称重，如有重量显示，则表明电子秤可以正常进行扫描如果发现你的电子秤正确安装后无法记重，到内网“IT部”—“资料下载”点击下载“端口专家Portexpert2.0”。

新款LDSG 具有先进的控制和通信功能，适用于食品加工、卡车和起重设备、水泥搅拌机和运输以及其他重量监测应用。

此外，LDSG 还集成了先进功能与更大显示屏，不仅改善了可靠性与易用性，还显著提高了称重精度，从而可提升工厂工程师与维护人员的工作效率，降低工作成本。

LDSG 具备2-1/4 英寸和 4 英寸两种显示屏规格，支持更多称重传感器和应变力信号输入，可将重量信息实时传输至数据库或管理系统，从而实现准确监测、存储和报告。

重量信息对于食品加工等应用尤为重要，因为在大批量生产中，要严格遵守配方就必须准确监测和控制各种成分配料的重量。

使用LDSG，操作员不仅可以在180 英尺外轻松准确读数，还可以设置报警设定值。

这样一来，操作员能够得到自动提示，可以轻易发现达到或超过重量限制的情况。
