摘 要
i 摘 要
工程项目造价的确定与控制是工程建设项目管理的重要组成部分,它能够在工程建设项目的全过程(投资决策、设计、招投标、施工阶段)中采取有效措施,把工程项目建设发生的全部费用控制在批准的限额内,并随时纠正发生的偏差,以保证投资估算、设计概预算和竣工决算等管理目标的实现,达到合理使用人力、物力、财力,获得最大投资效益的目的。
本论文首先进行施工方施工图的整体工程量的确定,再采用实物量报价与单位估价法结合并用的方法来确定工程造价,其中工程的部分主体部分采用实物量法,一些零星的工程造价采用单位估价法算出,再确定工程的总造价,最后对造价指数进行汇总分析。
通过本次论文可以知道,工程造价除与工程内容有关外,还与建设地区的经济发展程度、建设者的管理和技术水平、国家和当地政府的政策、法令等外部条件有着千丝万缕的联系。工程造价控制是建设管理的一个核心部分,它始终贯穿于工程建设的全过程。

component being an engineering construction project administration under the control of, it is
able to take effective measures in the entire proceeding (invest in a decision-making, design,
court the stage bidding, being under construction) of engineering construction project, the
all-in cost a constr uction project is built happening controls within the quota, correcting and
the deviation happening at any time, to swear to invest in the realization managing a target's
such as estimating, designing general budget and the final account being completed, reach
rational use manpower and material resources, financial resources, gain maximal purpose with
investment of beneficial result.
Ascertaining that designing the working drawing overall project amounts carrying
out the method being under construction first's originally, adopt amounts material object
quoted price and the unit to evaluate follow the method being tied in wedlock and using
coming to ascertain construction costs again, the projects among them part main body part
adopt amounts material object law, a few a small amount construction costs adopt an unit to
evaluate law calculate out, again, ascertains general project cost of construction, is in progress
finally to cost of construction exponent to assemble analysis.
Time of design can know by capital, construction costs is tied in a hundred and one ways
except that content is connected with the project, with, the country and external condition
such as policy, decree of the local government building area economic growth degree,
builder's administration and engineering level. That construction costs controlled is the part
building a administrative core, it runs through the entire proceeding in engineering
construction all the time.
