Game ideaLet’s create a cool tennis game that is inspired by games such as Capcom’s Smash Stars, and Nintendo’s Mario Power Tennis. The idea is simple. You have your normal tennis game + you can hit the things that are around the field. Hitting those things makes it broken or does something funny.游戏理念让我们创作一个从Capcom的Smash Stars和任天堂的马里奥网球得到灵感的网球游戏。

Sound-The game has to have sound effects.-The menu buttons have a very short sound effect.-Realistic ball sound (just like in Smash Stars)-When the ball hits a surface you should hear something that would be logical. So when you hit something metal, then you hear a metal hit sound. When the ball hits the dirt you hear the sound of something hitting dirt. And when the ball hits theracket you hear a racket sound. Etc.-When the ball hits a hit object (explained later in the document) the sound should be funny. Main screen designThe main screen works like described in the document game_structure.doc. Once the player presses the “start game” button they are taken to the game modes selection screen. The picture we’d like to see on the main screen is one or several of the default characters (see later in this document) trying to hit the tennis ball with their racket. Please make the background resemble one of the levels of the game. There should be a sense of speed in this picture.主屏幕设计主屏幕的操作就跟文件game_structure.doc中描述的一样。

ControlsThe “controls” screen displays all the controls in the game. There will be an extra function allowing the player to configure the controls. The player has the option to click a control and then assign a different key to it. Please make sure that only the keys that are functional in Flash can be used here. Players should not be able to use any keys that interfere with Flash or the browser. So the keys “ALT”, “CTRL”, “SCROLL LOCK”, “CAPS LOCK”, “NUM LOCK”are not allowed to use for configurable keys. Use whatever selection method you prefer to achieve this result. Example you could use a dropdown menu or a graphical keyboard from which players can pick the key.To indicate that the player cannot only see what the controls of the game are but also that he can change them the “controls” screen should contain the following text s:CONTROLSTo change a control click on it and select a new key.Note that the “controls” screen should also have three buttons. One “start game” button, which works like the one in the main screen, one “back” button, which takes the player back to the previous screen, and one “defaults” button whi ch puts all the controls back to their default values.
