Dear Mr. Frank, Thank you for your counter-offer of September 13th 2010 for Chinese green tea. I’m so regret that it is impossible for us to entertain your counter-offer which the price is lower by10% . If we did, we've received a lot of orders at the same prices. Our counter-offer is well founded and workable, and it will be really hard for us to make profit if we reduce the price by 10%.
