1.dare aux./ vt.
1）作情态动词时，没有人称和数的变化，但有时态变化，后接动词原形；常用在否定句、疑问句或条件从句中。

2）作行为动词时后接to do,否定句、疑问句中to可以省略。
Does he dare (to) speak to her?
He doesn’t dare (to) speak to her.
Translate: Anne不敢和她妈妈说话。
