平时我去吃汤包都是在莫愁大厦楼下的一家汤包店去吃的。
那家店的制作间和吃饭的地方中间由一块玻璃板隔开来,这样就算坐在外面也能看到里面的制作过程,让顾客放心。
至此我来到汤包店,先点了两笼汤包。
闲来无事,边看起包汤包的师傅包汤包来。
只见他把一个面团拿出来,放在桌子上揉了几下,把面团从中间掏一个小洞,慢慢地把它揉成环状,然后把一个地方扯断,变成条状。
再把条状的面团揪成一个个小面团,擀成包子皮。
用左手托着面皮,右手拿起勺子放了一点馅料,两手翻飞,左手大拇指按住馅,一边旋转,右手则飞快地捏褶,一个小巧的汤包就做好了。
没一会工夫,两笼热腾腾的汤包就出炉了。
刚出炉的汤包晶莹剔透,冒着热气,一笼8个小汤包均匀地摆在蒸笼里。
吃汤包还有个口诀:“轻轻提,慢慢移,先开窗,后喝汤。
”我小心翼翼地用筷子架起一个汤包放进小碟子里,轻轻地在边缘咬上一个小口,泛着金灿灿油花的汤汁从汤包里流了出来,伴着粉红色的'鲜肉,让人迫不及待的想吃。
我对着小口轻轻一吸,鲜美的汤汁就顺着喉咙流进肚中。
有点咸咸的,喝完汤,在吃上一口包子,浸过汤汁的肉馅味道也十分鲜美,一口咬下去,尽到的面皮裹着香甜的肉馅,让人食欲大增,唇齿留香,真是好吃极了。
我不由得吃了一个又一个,没多久,两笼汤包就被我消灭了。

妈妈教我把小笼包放在汤勺里,轻轻咬开一个口子,然后吸里面的汤汁,这可得小心,因为小笼包里的汤又多又烫,吃得太急,会把嘴烫去,得把汤吸干,然后倒上醋,再慢慢品尝馅的味道。
小笼包实在太好吃了,在我的强烈要求下,在南京的几天里,我每天的早饭就是小笼包。

过一两分钟,把鸭血捞出来,再过一会儿,等油果子烧熟了,把火关到最小,把鸭血放进去,让它们慢慢炖,保持温度不下降。
把粉丝放入烫粉丝的勺里,在汤里烫一两分钟,倒进碗里。
再捞出适量的鸭血和油果子放进碗,把切好的熟鸭肠、鸭肝放在粉丝上,夹几根香菜,挖勺辣油,用筷子搅一下,一碗色香味美的鸭血粉丝汤就做好了。
吃可不能蛮吃的,吃也是有讲究的。
一般南京小朋友喜欢找到粉丝的开头,“嘘”的一下往嘴里吸,这样可以体会到粉丝滑凉爽口的特色。
吃油果子、鸭肝、鸭肠、鸭血时,应先用舌头添一添它的粗味道,再细细的品尝一下味道如何,最后把汤喝光。
但是,有一天我吃鸭血粉丝汤时,由于吸粉丝过猛,汤溅得我满脸都是,弄得我狼狈不堪。
从此,我给鸭血粉丝汤取了个别名――“乐开花”。
