My Foreign Teacher
My foreign teacher, Ian, is an affable middle-age man coming from England. He likes travelling, playing badminton and swimming. Since he decided to stop working and started travelling around the world many years ago, he has gone to more than 40 places. Sometimes he shows us different kinds of sightseeing about his travelling on our class. It is amazing and interesting. What’s more, he is favor of animals. Once he came to a new place, he will choose to be as a volunteer in a zoo. When we see him on campus, what we look through his face is smiling. But I don’t like the way he teaches. We think it is boring, though we try to concentrate on it, but it’s hard to do it every times, especially they teach us according to the book. They don’t know whether we have known that knowledge before. Once we know it well, we don’t want to listen to it carefully. To be honest, it’s a big problem for those foreign teachers. I know, not only it’s their problem, but also us. We are lazy student. We dare not to say anything. So they always think that we are shy. Actually, we get not accustomed to it and the atmosphere is always to be calm. I think environment is very important, but also difficult. Above all，in my opinion, this one is better than past those. I know he has tried his best to let us know well and be happier in our lessons. He asked us for advice before, however, we didn’t give him a good answer. As we know, he is hard-working and I want to say“Thank you” to him.。
