电站风机出力不足原因浅析摘要:通过对出力不足影响电站风机长期稳定运行的实际问题分析其原因,提出解决问题的具体措施。

The root cause of output shortage is analyzed in this article through some practical problems, this article brings up the specific measures, and probably provides some ideas to solve this problem.0 引言0 the introduction风机是电厂的主要辅助设备之一,由于风机故障引起发电机组非计划停运和非计划降低出力运行造成的发电损失是巨大的,出力不足是影响电站风机长期稳定运行的常见问题。
通常我们遇到出力不足现象,都是认为风机出力不够,风机或电机选型偏小,而实际情况并非如此,造成风机出力不足的原因很复杂,如何找到风机出力不足的根本原因,从而彻底的解决问题,这是本文讨论的主要内容。
本文将通过理论研究和现场实例分析风机出力不足的根本原因。

168试运中,风机调节门不能全开,在开度75%时电流已接近或超过额定电流,风机出力不足,不能安全稳定的满足机组210MW负荷要求。
