因此，我始终让学生在宽松，庄重，和谐的学习氛围中进行语言的学习，表演，竞争和相互评价，为真正体现“学生是学习的主人，”这一教学现象而努力。

一年级的学生他们大都在七八岁之间，他们感觉的情绪性和无意性很明显，对自己感兴趣的知识能记得很牢，反之，则很快忘却。

如何把握住这一点使自己的课堂生动有趣，牢牢吸引住孩子们的目光，是我在教学上探索的一个重点。

因此我从小学生的心理特征出发，在课堂教学过程中，注意有意注意与无意注意交叉进行；注意课堂教学形式的多样化和有效性；注意多给学生成功的体验，以促进他们内在潜能的发挥，从而使整个教学过程具有双向性和互动性，让学生在学习中获得乐趣，在游戏中获得知识。
