新交际英语第7 册Lesson Five Good Manners (良好品德)一、Words and phrases:(单词和词组)常用于一般将来时表示时间的词组:二、Sentences: (句子)1.What will Tom do next Sunday? Tom 下个星期天将做什么?2. He will visit his grandpa. 他将看望他的爷爷。
三、语法知识:一般将来时表示将来即将发生的事。
表示将来的时间:this Sunday / week / month / year (这个周日/星期/月/一年)next week / month / year (下个周/月/一年)tomorrow (明天), later(稍后)表示动作的谓语在will / be going to 后用动词原形:例句:I am going to visit Beijing this winter holiday .Mary and Peter will clean the house for their mum tomorrow.四、范文My WeekendHi,I’m Mike. Lesson Fourteen In the ClassroomA.词汇watch它有两种词性,一种是名词“手表”,它的复数是加“es”。
如:three watches;另一种是动词“观看”“注视”。
如:watch TV,watch the play。
2.play n. 剧 v. 玩play和前边watch一样有两种词性。
一个是作名词“剧”。
如:an English play。
它的复数形式是plays。
另一个是作动词“玩”,一般与with连用,play with…。
如:play with fire 玩火。
clean作动词是“打扫”“擦干净”的意思。
比如:clean the blackboard.擦黑板,clean the classroom打扫教室。
作形容词时是“干净的”。
如:The room is very clean.B.短语1.turn on/off 开/关(电灯、电视等)turn是“转向”“旋转”的意思。
如:turn right向右转。
turn on是“打开”,turn off为“关上”,两者互为反义词组。
对于电器设置中的开关一般用turn on/off。
而未带电的用品用open…(开……)和close…(关……)。
如:It's dark,please turn on the light.天黑了,请开灯吧。
It's ten o'clock.Please turn off the TV and go to bed.现在十点了,请关上电视,上床睡觉吧! Open your books at Page 14.打开书翻到第14页。
It's cold today,please close the window.今天很冷,请关上窗户吧。
Now,open the fridge please.请打开冰箱。
此处是开冰箱的门,而不是冰箱的电源开关,故用open。
注意:如果turn on 和turn off后面跟代词it 或them时,应将代词放在中间。

Then they open the fridge and eat all the food in it. After that, they take a bath. They make a mess at home. When the master comes back home, he is very angry about that.

There is a frog in the well. One day, a crow comes to the well. He says that the well is very big. But the sky is much bigger than the well. The frog doesn’t believe. He says that the sky is small. The well is big enough. The crow asks the frog to come out of the well and have a look himself. The frog comes out of the well. He looks at the sky. And he knows that the sky is much bigger than the well.

The two monkeys are hungry. They want to find something to eat. Then they find a nest in the tree. They climb the tree and try to steal the eggs. The eagle follows the two monkeys. The monkeys jump in the river. The eagle waits on the bank. When the monkeys get to the bank, the eagle catches them. The monkeys are afraid. They beg for mercy.
