背景资料：1946年1月19日，远东国际军事法庭成立。

1946年3月至4月11名来自美国、中国、苏联、英国、法国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、荷兰、印度、菲律宾的法官相继奔赴东京。

1946年3月20日受为时中国国民政府委任梅汝璈飞抵东京担任远东国际军事法庭中国法官。

东京审判影评东京审判影评精选（一）：《东京审判》：没有反思=没有爱国政治题材与传记题材是当前影视创作的两大资料倾向，故事片纪实化与记录片故事化是当前影视创作的两大手法风潮，而究其背后的原因，乃是电影工作者社会职责感与使命感的增强。

从这个角度上说，高群书导演借钱拍片，并以"一部每一个中国人都就应看的电影"作为宣传标语，其创作热情与所体现出的社会担当是值得肯定的。

但遗憾的是，《东京审判》并没有表现出应有的理性与激情。

从剧情安排及演员表现上说，朱孝天的副线故事戏份太多（比如林熙蕾的主角为什么要出现？为什么要表现感情？），有喧宾夺主之嫌，而符号化倾向又过于明显（比如曾志伟为什么会下跪？樱子为什么会在法庭上晕倒？），削弱了主线的表现力度。

在另一方面，无论是刘松仁、英达、曾江的戏份都略显不足，且在辩论方面没有拿出足够的魄力与智慧，英达那张肉乎乎的面团脸实在不适合扮演刚直的主角，而刘松仁在开头时的座次之争，并不能言及其民族气节，倒更像是在耍小孩子脾气（不答应就走人？靠别人妥协谦让？），而结尾处的"至今思项羽，不肯过江东"说得没头没脑，缺少足够的铺垫，倒反显其脆弱与懦弱。

与之相比，盟国检查官、日本辩护律师、东条英机、偏执狂雄一的主角表现倒是显得很有张力。

从表现手法上说，作为有明显纪录片倾向的历史正剧，《东京审判》留给导演的创作空间很小，其内涵主旨只能透过剧情剪辑与演员表演来体现，而前者则取决于导演的思想深度与文史功底。

在这点上，高群书做得相当不够。

电视剧导演出身的他把太多的时间放在细枝末节的交待上，副线尤甚，而全剧没有高潮，难以令人信服。

画外音说溥仪挡住了日本律师的责难，体此刻哪？"那是演戏"的对白？那是痞子的糙话？曾江说搬出杀手锏，搬了个假和尚出来，有力度吗？"操你妈的小日本"，被人强行拖下法庭，就这杀手锏？而英达、刘松仁所谓的华彩辩论，有几个不懂英文的国人能听得明白？且从语气上、逻辑上远逊于盟国检察官与日本流氓律师，说中国人饱受侵略之苦，其愤怒体此刻哪？其智慧体此刻哪？爱国主义到底体此刻哪？又靠什么支持？更不用说淡入淡出的黑幕切换手法过于单调，没有沉重，只有冗长，仅靠几段录像闪回有足够的表现力吗？《东京审判》是个好题材，但作为历史正剧，高群书导演应拿出足够的历史真诚与反思。
