轮机值班、交接班制度Rule For Engineer on duty and successor1航行中值班轮机员的职责Responsibilities of duty engineers on navigation1.1按要求填写轮机日志和车钟记录簿,不得随意涂改;Update engine logbook and telegraph logbook as per requirement. Random amendment is notallowed.1.2按设备说明书的规定和要求,使机电设备保持在标定的工作参数范围内;According to the equipment’s instruction books and requirements, keep the equipment performanceparameters within normal working range.1.3按时巡回检查,密切注意机电设备的运转情况;Do scheduled round inspection. Closely monitor engine-electrical equipment running condition.1.4经常检查轴系的运转情况,注意各轴承的温度及尾轴密封装置的温度及有无泄漏情况;Check operation of shafting system. Pay attention to the bearing temperature , stern seal devicetemperature and whether leakage.1.5督促值班机匠及时加注润滑油,做好油、水、气温度、压力的监测、调节工作,防止跑、冒、漏,指导值班机匠解决疑难问题。
Supervise and urge oiler on duty to fill lube oil; Monitor & adjust pressure and temperature ofoil, water, air; Prevent from any flooding ,leakage; Instruct oiler on duty to deal with difficulties.1.6雾航、狭水道航行时,值班轮机员应坚守在操纵台,及时执行驾驶台发布的命令,在必要时请轮机长到机舱指挥;Navigation during fog, narrow channel the duty engineer should standby at control room and followcommand from bridge, If necessary request chief engineer to come on spot.1.7发现事故隐患,应迅速采取有效措施。
如主机故障需立即停车,应先征得驾驶台同意并报告轮机长,若情况危急,不停车就会危及设备和人身安全时,可立即停车并通知驾驶台,将详细情况记入轮机日志。
If find any abnormal symptom duty engineer should take effective measures immediately. If Mainengine trouble and to be stopped, duty engineer should obtain approval from wheelhouse and reportto Chine engineer. In case of emergency, no stop m/e will endanger equipments and human life, canstop m/e immediately at first and inform wheelhouse. To record the details of incident in engine logbook.1.8注意防火检查,随时清洁油污,正确处理油污破布、棉纱头等引火物。
Check fire hazard and keep clean whenever necessary. Dispose properly oiled rags, cotton shredsetc.2轮机员航行交接班Engineer Duty Shift in Navigation2.1航行交接班内容如下:The contents of duty shift in navigation交班人员应详细介绍机电设备运行的情况;Duty engineer should introduce detailed the running condition of all equipments本班发生的问题,应注意的事项;Problems generated in this shift, and pertaining cautions ;船长、值班驾驶员及轮机长布置、交待的事项。
Matters that masters, duty officers and chief engineers have arranged.2.2经接班轮机员检查确认交接清楚,交班人员方可离去。
The next duty engineer should check that every thing going well before the previous engineer couldleave.3机匠航行值班的职责Oilers Duty Responsibilities in Navigation3.1经常巡回检查,注意机电设备的运转情况,发现异常应立即报告值班轮机员并采取有效措施,防止事故发生;Patrol and check. Pay attention to the running of engine-electrical. If abnormal phenomena arise,report to duty engineers and take effective measures.3.2巡回检查中,应做到四勤(勤看、勤摸、勤听、勤闻),注意检查机电设备的油位、油压、油温、水压、水温及气压、气温等是否在正常范围之内;每两小时记录辅机运行的各项参数一次;In patrolling check, Ensure all motor with sufficient oil, pressure, temperature, water pressure,temperature within the running limit. Record the aux engine performance, reading for every 2hours.3.3负责各项机械设备加注润滑油,各水柜、油柜的驳水、驳油,正确补给所需的燃、润料、冷却水和压缩空气;负责回收污油,处理舱底水、执行有关防止污染水域的规定并做好机舱的清洁工作;Responsible all equipments to lubrication, transfer of oil, water to all water tanks and oil tanks.Accurate transfer bunkers, lubricant, cooling water and air pressure. Accumulate the sludge, oilywater according to the MARPOL regulations. Keep engine room in tidy3.4执行值班轮机员指派的有关工作。
To perform duties instruction from Duty engineer4机匠航行交接班Oiler Duty Shift in Navigation4.1交接时交班人员应向接班者介绍本班中机械设备运行情况、发生的问题和注意事项以及值班轮机员交待的事项;Previous duty oilers should brief to next duty oiler on the running condition of equipments,problems incurred ,cautions and issues required by duty engineer.4.2接班人员应检查下列内容:Succession oiler should check the following items.检查主、辅机、舵机和电气设备等运转情况及各仪表有无异常;Check running condition of the main engine, auxiliary engine, steering gear and electricalequipment etc. and if the instruments have any abnormal readings.检查主、辅机日用油柜的油位、加热温度及淡水压力柜、热水压力柜等的水位、压力和温度,检查锅炉的水位和压力;Check oil level ,heating temperature of Main/Aux engine service tank, and water level ,pressureand temperature of freshwater pressure tank and heating water pressure tank. Check boiler waterwater level and pressure;检查阀的开关情况,检查、了解舱底水的排出、压载水的注入和排出情况;Check valve open or close , understand if bilge water discharging ,ballast/de-ballast operating;查阅辅机记录是否符合实际情况;Check if the Aux engine record corresponds to actual reading of instruments.4.3交接清楚后应向接班的轮机员报告,交班人员方可离去。
After hand-over and take over clear oilers should keep duty engineer informed, then previousoiler leave engine room.5轮机长在下列情况下必须到机舱指挥Chief Engineer should Command in the Engine Room5.1进出港、移泊、过船闸、过运河时;Going into or out of ports, shifting berths, passing ship lock or canals5.2机电设备发生故障危及安全时;Engine-electrical equipment failure and endangers safety5.3狭窄水道、恶劣天气等特殊情况及船长命令时;Narrow watercourse, atrocious weather condition and other special conditions or maste r’scommand5.4应变部署时;Emergency reaction deployment5.5值班轮机员工作有疑难,需要轮机长前往时。
