３.3机床的安装3.３.1机床安装及校平根据生产规划要求，合理摆放机床。

3 •作业准备：3.1将机台及作业场所清理干净。
3.2通过试机，检查运转是否正常。
3.3准备好材料和辅料（垫板、纸皮等）。
4.操作程序：4.1开机：4.1. 1检查传送带、砂带I、砂带II o4.1.2检查空气油雾器中油量，放水。
4.1. 3放空压机水。
4.1.4打开空气压缩机。
4.1. 5气压升至一定值时（6-8bar）,检查各仪表指数。
4.1.6打开吸尘器、机器。
4.1. 7开动传送带、砂带I、砂带II、真空机、除尘电机。
4.2操作：4.2.1检查工件，测工件厚度。
4.2.2根据工件需要，调整传送带速度，砂带I、II速度，砂带和传送带距禺O4. 2. 3 一名操作工在机前以正确的方式将工件送入机器，另一名操作工在机后出料。
4. 3关机：关除尘电机、真空机、砂带I、II、传送带、关机器、吸尘器、空压机。
5.注意事项：5.1锁好控制屏，无特殊情况严禁私自打开。
5.2控制屏中严禁放任何工具、杂物等。
5.3每块工件都应检查是否有异物、不平整现象。
5.4 1件类别变化时，应及时调整砂带器速度, 传送带和砂带之间距离。
5.5厚度相同的工件应尽量集中加工。
5.6严禁在机器上放置卡尺、衣服、水杯等杂物。
5.7严禁他人私自开机，保存好机器锁匙。
5.8保持机器四周清洁，无杂物。
5.9及时能知杂工清除吸尘器中粉尘。
5.10若出现气压不足、声音异常、砂带跑偏等异常现象，应按下紧急开关，及时向动力设备课报告。

当地面较软而不能承受机床荷重时，需浇灌水泥基础，如图3-4所示，按图示尺寸打好地基。
基础水泥干燥后，按3.3.1要求放置四块垫铁安装机床，在纵横两个方向调整机床达到规定的水平读数。
注意：基础材料应采用强度等级不低于C10的混凝土。
机床摆放时应留有充分的空间，便于操作、维修及更换砂带。
3.3.2机床电气接线及接地确保车间主电源能够满足机床用电所需，检查主电压使之与机床工柞电压相匹配。

Power tools create sparkswhich may ignite the dust or fumes.c) Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool.Distractions can cause you to lose control.2) Electrical safetya) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in anyway. Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools.Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk of electric shock.b) Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes,radiators, ranges and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electricshock if your body is earthed or grounded.c) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Safety equipmentsuch as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearingprotection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.c) Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in the off position beforeplugging in. Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch orplugging in power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. Awrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool mayresult in personal injury.e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Thisenables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair,clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry orlong hair can be caught in moving parts.g) If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction andcollection facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used. Useof these devices can reduce dust related hazards.4) Power tool use and carea) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application.The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Anypower tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.c) Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any adjustments,changing accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.d) Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow personsunfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.e) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts,breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the power tools operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.f ) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools withsharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control;g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc., in accordance with theseinstructions and in the manner intended for the particular type of power tool, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed.Use of the power tool for operations different from intended could result in a hazardous situation.5) Battery tool use and carea) Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer .A chargerthat is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire whenused with another battery pack.b) Use power tools only with specifically designated battery packs. Use ofany other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.c) When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, liepaperclips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.d) Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoidcontact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.6) ServiceHave your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.Special Safety Advice for Cordless Multi Function Tool Only plug the Battery Charger in 230V for PT-1210C/F/G type and 120V for PT-1210A type mains. Recharge the Battery only with the provided charger.1. Hold power tool by insulated gripping surfaces, when performing an operationwhere the cutting accessory may contact hidden wiring. Cutting accessory contacting a “live” wire may make exposed metal parts of the power tool “live”and could give the operator an electric shock.2. Use the machine only for dry sanding. Penetration of water into the machine increases the risk of an electric shock.Caution, fire hazard! Avoid overheating the object being sanded as well as the sander. Always empty the dust collector before taking breaks. In unfavorable conditions, e. g., when sparks emit from sanding metals, sanding debris in the dust bag, micro filter or paper sack (or in the filter sack or filter of the vacuum cleaner) can self-ignite. Particularly when mixed with remainders of varnish, polyurethane or other chemical materials and when the sanding debris is hot after long periods of working.3. Keep hands away from the oscillating head. Do not reach under the workpiece. Contact with the oscillating head can lead to injuries.4. Use appropriate detectors to determine if utility lines are hidden in the work areaor call the local utility company for assistance. Contact with electric lines can lead to fire and electric shock. Damaging a gas line can lead to explosion.Penetrating a water line causes property damage.5. When working with the machine, always hold it firmly with both hands andprovide for a secure stance. The power tool is guided more secure with both hands.6. Secure the workpiece. A workpiece clamped with clamping devices or in a viceis held more secure than by hand.7. Do not scrape wetted materials (e.g. wallpaper) or on moist surfaces.Penetration of water into the machine increases the risk of an electric shock.8. Do not treat the surface to be worked with solvent-containing fluids. Materials being warmed up by the scraping can cause toxic vapors to develop.9. Exercise extreme caution when handling the scraper. The accessory is very sharp; danger of injury.Safety Advice for Rechargeable Battery and ChargerUse only the battery provided with the multi-function tool or a replacement rechargeable battery from Pro’sKit and the provided charger. Only plug the battery charger in 230V for PT-1210C/F/G type and 120V for PT-1210A type mains. Protect battery and battery charger from humidity. Do not operate the battery charger outdoors. When it is not in use and before cleaning and servicing, disconnect the battery charger from the power supply. Take special care of the battery. Avoid dropping it onto any hard surface and do not subject it to pressure or any other form of mechanical stress. Keep the battery away from extreme heat and cold. Do not open or attempt to repair the battery or the battery charger. If any parts are defective, have them repaired by a qualified technician or send them to our service department for repair. Only charge the battery at an ambient (surrounding air) temperature between 10ºC and 40ºC. A charged battery can be used to power the machine under ambient temperature conditions between 0ºC and 50ºC.When not in use, store the battery in a dry place between 10ºC and 30ºC.Important! Danger! Never short-circuit the battery or expose it to moisture. Do not store it together with any metal parts which could short-circuit the contacts. The battery could overheat, start burning or explode.If any person comes into contact with acid or similar internal fluids or substances contained in the battery, wash off these substances immediately with plenty of water. If these substances make contact with the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and visit a doctor immediately.Do not place the rechargeable battery into fire or water. It can explode. The Rechargeable Battery should not be discarded to domestic refuse, regardless of whether used or unused. You should return it to a local battery collection point in accordance with Battery Regulations or return them to us suitably marked “Used Battery”.Environment ProtectThe machine, rechargeable batteries, accessories and packaging should be sorted for environmental friendly recycling.Do not dispose of power tools and batteries/rechargeable batteries into household waste!Product Featuresand sanding wooden materials, plastic, gypsum, non-ferrous metals and fastening elements. It is also suitable for working soft wall tiles, as well as for dry sanding and scraping of small surfaces. It is especially suitable for working close to edges and for flush cutting.Insertion and Removal of Rechargeable BatteryEnsuring the correct orientation between the battery and the battery compartment, insert the rechargeable battery into the machine. Do not apply force when inserting the battery. Insertion can be achieved easily and without resistance. The battery must be inserted completely until the battery automatically locks into place. To remove the battery press pull the battery straight out of the charger.Charging the BatteryThe rechargeable battery must be charged before the first use.The "T" mark on the battery pack aligns to the charger "T" mark, insert the battery into the charger. Do not apply force when inserting the battery. Insertion can be achieved easily and without resistance. The battery must be inserted completely until the battery locks into place.When the battery pack is in the charging status, the red light on the left side will be illuminated. The charging time is around 1 ~ 1.5 hours. After the power is full, the red light will turn off and the green light on the right will turn on. Before remove the battery from the charger, please remove the charging plug first.Important! Only use the provided battery charger for charging the battery. Temperature Dependent Overload ProtectionWhen using as intended for, the machine cannot be overloaded. In case of excessive loading or when exceeding the allowable battery temperature range of 0 – 50 ° C, the speed is reduced or the machine switches off. In case of reduced speed, the machine will not run at full speed until after reaching the allowable battery temperature again. In case of automatic shut-off, switch the machine off, let the battery to cool down and then switch the machine on again.Battery IndicatorThe three blue LEDs of the battery indicator indicate the charge condition of the battery. For safety reasons, it is only possible to check the charge condition when the machine is at a standstill. Press button to indicate the charge condition. Mounting/Replacing the AccessoryThe PT-1210 features a quick change accessory system. This allows for faster accessory changes without wrenches or hex keys like other oscillating tool systems.Loosen the locking level 180 degree and remove spindle from machine, put the accessory’s hole align to the pin of machine, insert spindle to the machine, pull the locking lever back.Caution! There are six pin on the machine, the angle between two pins is sixty degree. Accessory have twelve holes, the angle between two holes is thirty degree. User can adjust angle as per require.ON/OFF SwitchTo start the machine, push the On/Off switch forward so that the “I” is indicated on the switch. To switch off the machine, push the On/Off switch toward the rear, so that the “0” is indicated on the switch. To save energy, only switch the power tool on when using it.Variable SpeedTo increase the speed of the tool, rotate the speed control knob from the “0” to “5”.To decrease the speed of the tool, rotate the speed control knob to the lower number.Operation for workingOnly use accessory which can be securely fastened in the machine and has been designed.1. Sawing/Cuttinga. Use only undamaged saw blades that are in perfect condition. Bent or dull sawblades can break, negatively influence the cut, or lead to kickback.b. When sawing light building materials, observe the statutory provisions and therecommendations of the material suppliers.c. Plunge cuts may only be applied to soft materials, such as wood, gypsum plaster boards, etc.Before sawing with saw blades in wood, particle board, building materials, etc., check these for foreign objects such as nails, screws, or similar. If required, remove foreign objects.2. Sandinga. The removal rate and the sanding pattern are primarily determined by thechoice of sanding sheet, the preset oscillation rate and the applied pressure.b. Only flawless sanding sheets achieve good sanding capacity and extend theservice life of the machine.c. Pay attention to apply uniform sanding pressure; this increases the working lifeof the sanding sheets. Intensifying the sanding pressure does not lead to an increase of the sanding capacity, but to increased wear of the machine and the sanding sheet.d. For precise on-the-spot sanding of edges, corners and hard to reach areas, it isalso possible to work only with the tip or an edge of the sanding plate.e. When selectively sanding on the spot, the sanding sheet can heat upconsiderably. Reduce the orbital stroke rate and the sanding pressure, and allow the sanding sheet to cool down regularly.f. A sanding sheet that has been used for metal should not be used for othermaterials.3. ScrapingFor scraping, select a high oscillation rate.Work on a soft surface (e. g. wood) at a flat angle, and apply only light pressure. Otherwise the scraper can cut into the surface.Caution!Work with low and uniform application pressure, otherwise, the working performance will decline and the application tool can become blocked.While working, move the machine back and forth, so that the application tool does not heat up excessively and become blockedMaintenance and CleanAttention! Always remove the battery before carrying out any work on the machine.To clean, always use a dry or moist, but not wet, towel. Many cleaning agents contain chemical substances which may cause damage to the plastic parts of the machine. 本《使用说明书》仅作为一种使用指南，使操作者懂得如何安全操作机床，并完成机床的正常养护。

二．机床的用途与主要技术参数及结构配置2.1机床用途该机床主要用来对实木板、门板、地板和产量较小的胶合板、细木工板等板材进行砂光。

基础水泥干燥后，按3.3.1要求放置四块垫铁安装机床，在纵横两个方向调整机床达到规定的水平读数。

2. 机床的用途与主要技术参数该机床主要用来对胶合板、各种多层板、细木工板、刨花板、中密度纤维板等板材进行表面进行精细砂光及再抛光加工。
该机床主要性能特点如下：（1）.机体采用整体箱形焊接结构，具有足够的刚性，机床的使用寿命高。
（2）.砂光辊直径较大, 增加了砂带的使用寿命，并经过精确的动平衡，工作平稳。
（3）.砂光辊采用软胶辊，确保砂带与板材接触良好而不致砂透板材表面材料；砂垫采用气囊砂垫，保证了板材表面优异的抛光效果。
（4）.送料采用辊筒进料无级变频变速，进料速度可高达78m/min,生产效率高。
2.2 机床的主要参数：3. 机床的基本组成该机床主要有以下几部分组成：（1）.机体：担负砂光头、送料装置、升降装置等机床组成部分的连接作用。
（2）.升降手轮：用于送料工作台的升降微调。
（3）.各动力机构：提供砂光头、送料装置、升降装置、刷光装置所需之动力。
（4）.升降装置：由摆线针轮减速机通过链条传动，带动蜗杆蜗轮升降减速机内的丝杠升降，从而完成了支撑在丝杠顶部的送料工作台的升降。
（5）.输送床由主动辊、从动辊、支承辊和床体组成，由4Kw的减速机采用变频调速，其送料速度为6~35m/min。
（6）.上送料辊：共有五根，皆为从动送料辊,主要起压料作用，其位置和压紧力的大小直接影响工件的砂光质量，必须认真调整好。
（7）.刷光辊：用于清除工件表面粘结的粉尘。
（8）.电气控制箱：汇结本机各电气元件于其内，电气原理图请参阅附图。
（9）.砂架：砂光元件为砂光辊，采用软胶辊，砂带粒度较细，用于工件的精细砂光。
（10）抛光架：抛光元件为气囊垫，砂带粒度更细，用于工件的精细抛光。
（11）.操作面板：用于机床的操作控制及状态显示。
（12）.中心托架：支撑并锁紧各砂光头的横梁作用。
4. 机床的安装4.1 机床的校平机床起吊时使用顶部的四个吊环，为了保持机床平衡，应使用足够长的钢丝绳（或链条），而且确保钢丝绳（或链条）牢固可靠。
当地面坚硬时，可将机床安放在六块150×150×20mm的垫铁上，然后将一平尺放置于送料辊上，再将一水平仪放置在平尺上，然后调整垫铁上部的螺栓，使机床在纵横两个方向上水平仪的读数均不得超过1000：0.10mm。
当地面较软而不能承受机床荷重时，需浇灌水泥基础，打好地基并作出预留孔，在预留孔中放入膨胀水泥和地脚螺钉，安装机床，然后在纵横两个方向调整机床至适当的水平位置，待预留孔中的水泥干燥后，锁紧地脚螺钉上的螺母。
注意：基础材料应采用强度等级不低于C10的混凝土，地脚螺钉的埋设应通过预留孔的二次浇注来完成，预留孔中的混凝土应采用比基础混凝土高一级的细石混凝土，最好用膨胀水泥。
4.2 机床电气接线及接地确保车间主电源能够满足机床用电所需，检查主电压使之与机床工作电压相匹配，根据机床总功率确定电缆的横截面积，确保机床必须可靠接地.确定电缆入口，并将电缆接至机床配电母线，检查电机转向与送料走向。
注意：接线时用户应按随机所带的电气原理图的要求进行。
机床电气系统应由受过良好培训的电工人员进行接线及维护。
4.3 机床吸尘系统的安装机床上所有吸尘口与集尘装置的连接均由用户完成，要保证吸尘管与机床上各吸尘口结合紧密牢固；吸尘管与吸尘口连接后，要保证接口处的真空度为110～130mm水柱高度；吸尘装置的平均气流速度必须达到25～30m/s，吸尘风量应达120000m3/h；注意:集尘装置要远离散热装置以及潮湿﹑高电压场所。
4.4 压缩空气与机床的连接确保车间供气应满足机床所需，只有供气充足才能保证机床具有最佳使用性能。
气源供给的压缩空气应满足以下机床所需的参数：-------供气管内径≥Ф6.5mm-------空气压力0.6～0.8Mpa-------空气消耗量 1.48m3/min将供气线路与机床底部的气动三连件相连接，结合气动原理图，了解清楚以下气动元件的原理与操作。
（1）气动三连件空气过滤器采用旋风叶片分离水份，钢珠烧结微孔截留灰尘，使整个气路得到干燥而清洁的气体。
油雾器以压缩空气为动力，将润滑油喷射成雾状后，对各气动元件进行润滑，用户可以通过油滴控制装置对油量进行调节。
减压阀和压力表同气动三连件连在一起，用户应调整减压阀，保证工作气压为0.55Mpa左右。
（2）二位三通选择开关此开关一个，装在机床操纵侧的梁端头，用于张紧砂带。
（3）二位五通电磁阀此种阀共一个，用来控制砂光头上砂带摆动气缸的换向。
（4）单向节流阀安装在砂带摆动气缸两侧，用于调整空气流量的大小，借以改变砂带摆动的频率。
（5）减压阀和压力表减压阀和压力表共有二个，其中一个用于砂带张紧，另外一个用于控制砂光头上的砂带摆动。
用户应正确的调整，以使砂带张紧适中，砂带摆动稳定。
5. 机床的安全控制系统为了保证机床的安全工作及高精度加工性能，避免操作者遭受人身伤害及工件和砂带的损坏等，该机床根据国家木工机床的安全通则设有以下几种不同而又相互联锁的安全装置。
5.1 机床紧急制动紧急制动按纽按装在机床的控制面板上，在紧急情况下，触动它机床将立即刹车。
5.2 砂带保护砂带在断裂时，机床将立即制动。
砂带因跑偏而滑脱出张紧辊时，机床将立即制动。
5.3 电机保护控制线路中，设有电机自动过载保护和断相保护。
5.4 送料工作台升降保护如果送料工作台升降偏离了3～110mm的开档范围，会碰到上下限位开关，送料工作台会立即停止升降。
如果是设定厚度定位运行中超出范围，请按下急停按钮。
6. 机床的基本操作6.1 机床操作注意事项：（1）这是一种性能优良、工艺先进的机床，在操作前必须仔细阅读该机床说明书，一定要弄清显示设定单元上的操作步骤，才能在各种工作环境下合理地操作、养护该机床。
（2）确保机床有效接地。
（3）人身携带物品是招致严重伤害的起因。
开机前，要将手表、手镯等物品放好，袖口要系紧，长发须束好，领带要摘下，不要穿拖鞋。
（4）决不加工过小或过大的工件。
工件的进给速度和加工量要根据具体情况确定好，不要超速开机，不要在加工量过大的情况下开机。
（5）决不使用带划痕或裂缝的砂带．安装砂带前，应确保各工作辊表面光滑、无污物和压痕，要确认好砂带运转方向和砂带背面标志方向一致。
安装砂带后，检查砂光装置，应保证中心托架与其锁紧牢固。
（6）检查各安全防护装置是否就位，然后关闭好所有门子。
（7）进行任何清洁或维修工作前，一定要停机断电，并使用专用警告提示周围工作人员。
（8）保持机床内部各工作表面的清洁及周围地面的整洁，并按润滑要求定期润滑，这是保证机床加工精度和延长其使用寿命的重要前提。
（9）机床工作时应随时查看砂光头电流表之监控数值,以预知是否有过载现象.5是控制电源开关。
机器接通电源后，首先应按下此开关，同时听到接触器的吸合声。
此时，控制电路才有电，升降控制器的显示表也会亮起来。
这时，才能进行其它控制操作。
否则其它控制按钮不能工作。
6是控制系统急停按钮。
按下此开关，控制电路断电，同时主电机制动。
注意：非紧急情况，不要使用此按钮。
否则给机器带来损害。
此按钮解除工作时需旋转回位，此按钮不回位，机器无法启动。
7是升降控制器。
操作使用详见后面《QWM---WYKZ智能位移控制器》操作说明。
7. 机床的调整与维修7.1．上送料压辊及压靴的调整（参见图1）7.2 砂带摆动的调整调整步骤如下（参见图2）：砂带摆动是否正常，可以通过以下几种方法加以调整：a 松开砂带摆动气缸3调整块上的锁紧手柄2；b 通过黑色星形把手1来调整砂带摆动气缸3 的位置，以保证砂带摆动的平稳；c 最后拧紧手柄2图2砂带对中控制8. 机床的润滑和保养━━每班工作之后（1）清扫整台机床，送料工作台面板和砂光辊表面不应留有灰尘。
（2）检查压缩空气过滤器，清除其中凝结物。
━━每周工作之后（1）按表中润滑要求对机床各润滑点进行润滑。
（2）检查空气过滤器，清除其中凝结物。
━━每月工作之后（1）按表中润滑要求对机床各润滑点进行润滑。
（2）检查机床送料传动和升降传动链条的张紧度，必要时给以张紧。
（3）检查各传动三角带张紧度和磨损度，必要时给以张紧或更换。
━━润滑时应注意以下事项（1）润滑时,要用刷子清洁油嘴，不准有杂物。
（2）用润滑脂润滑轴承时，油脂的填充量要适度，•一般以填充量占轴承与外壳空间的1/3～1/2为宜。
（3）轴承润滑应在机床静止的情况下进行，润滑后，应用手转动数分钟,均衡轴承内的油脂，不得立刻高速开动机床。
（4）用机油润滑时，应根据季节温度的不同而加以选择。
