(一)评分原则：内容和语言共计l5分。
在评分时要以作文的整体谋篇和语言水平(看其是否地道)来评判。

最后，看其词数和卷面整洁程度，词数太少(不到40个词的)或书写欠整洁的应酌情再扣l～2分，但不倒扣分。
(二)内容要点：1、邮件应包括所提供的要点内容。
2、个人提出的申请理由，表达要清楚。
