建筑机械液压挖掘机回转抖动故障的分析与解决吴香君,尹超,吕超(徐州徐工挖掘机械有限公司,江苏徐州 221005)[摘要]液压挖掘机回转抖动故障时有发生,问题不大,影响不小。
引起抖动的原因很多,属于疑难杂症。
本文介绍处理这类故障的方向和思路,以及在处理这类故障时的一些技巧和方法,有助于快速高效地解决此类故障。

回转抖动多数由与回转相关的液压零部件发生故障导致,少数由与回转相关的机械零部件发生故障导致。
具体表现可能是连续的,也可能是非连续的。
连续的抖动有相对频次较高的,也有相对频次较低的。
非连续的抖动可分为:回转启停时抖动,偶尔出现的随机抖动,仅在某一固定角度时的抖动,回转一圈时有规律地发生数次抖动,还有仅左或右单回转时抖动。
本文从介绍回转原理开始,逐项分析解决。
1 回转工作原理了解回转机构和回转液压系统的工作原理有助于提供解决问题的思路。
回转机构的工作原理为:回转减速机和回转支承外圈固定在上车平台上,回转支承内齿圈固定在下车上。
回转减速器输出轴上的小齿轮与回转支承的内齿圈形成齿轮副,小齿轮绕自身轴线自转时,将会绕回转支承内齿圈中心轴线公转。
这样,回转减速机就带动整个上车平台一起回转(如图1所示)。
以负流量液压系统为例,分析回转液压系统的工作原理(见图2)。
回转液压系统油路可分为回转主油路、回转先导油路、回转解锁油路。
回转主油路为主泵后泵输出的液压油经主阀流向回转马达,推动回转马达转动后,从主阀流回液压油箱。
回转先导油路为先导泵输出先导油,提供给先导油源块。
