一、学情分析
本学期由我担任八年级(1)班英语教育教学工作,本班共有44人,其中男生21人,女生23人。学生有一定英语基础,好奇心强,对英语学科内涵有一定的理解,但是因为情境不足导致知识记忆与运用能力提升困境较明显,也使得学趣不足。在本学期的教育教学工作中,我重点抓学习兴趣的养成、自觉学习习惯的养成,积极创设模拟情境,创新教育教学方法,努力让学生参与进来,成为学习英语的小主人,使他们在潜移默化的情境游戏中得到英语学科素养的提升,实现本学期的教学目标。
二、教学内容与教材分析
本册教材包括:Unit 1 Friends Unit 2 School life Unit 3 A
day out Unit 4 Do it yourself Unit 5 Wild animals Unit 6
Birdwatching Unit 7 Seasons Unit 8 Natural disasters,共八个单元。
Unit 1 Friends单元以“朋友”为话题,通过谈论人的外貌个性,学习描述人的单词和表达法。要求通过谈论各自的朋友,能简单描述好朋友的优良品质。掌握句型:She is also helpful and ready
to help people in need. They do not fit well under his desk.
Unit 2 School life单元以“学校生活”为话题,主题语境是人与自我,涉及的话题是校园生活。教材选编了多种形式的语篇内容,涉及到学校生活的各个层面。帮助学生了解中西方学校生活的不同点及相似点,引导学生辩证地看待中西方文化的差异,反思不同背景下的校园生活,深入探究中西方文化的差异。
Unit 3 A day out单元以“篮球赛”和“打算外出一天旅游”两个话题为载体,学习相关生词短语。学会运用提建议、回复建议等句型结构在语境中表达观点。重点学习掌握As---as ; not as--- as;
