7年级下册历史 第二单元知识点:重文轻武
一、“重文教”
宋太祖深知“马上得天下,马下治天下”的道理,因而有一系列尊崇文人的措施出台。宋朝大力发展科举,彻底取消了门第限制,社会各阶级的优秀子弟都被允许应试入仕。范仲淹、李纲、岳飞、宗泽、文天祥、陆秀夫等皆科举出身。而这些寒门出身的士子一旦登第,多怀忠君爱国之心。宋朝统治者对文人极其尊重,不得杀士大夫及上书言事人,俸禄也极丰厚。世人多称宋朝为士大夫政治。
在一系列重文措施的鼓励下,宋朝开始盛行读书风气,宋代儿童启蒙教育念的开篇就说:万般皆下品,唯有读书高。这一政策极大地促进宋朝科学文化事业的发展,诸如天文学、数学、医药学、火药、指南针、活字印刷术、造船技术等方面成果累累,对世界科学技术的发展做出了巨大的贡献。文学艺术也发展到新的水平,涌现出的众多的文学家、画家和词人,宋代的名著和名作成为世界文化宝库中璀璨的 明珠。
二、“轻武事”
北宋轻武政策具体表现在其军事领导体制,将握兵权、调兵权与统兵权分而为三:殿前司、侍卫马军司、侍卫步军司。三衙平列分立,全都握有兵权,却无调兵权。枢密院掌握调兵权。这样就形成了统兵权和调兵权的相互制约,两者都由皇帝直接管辖。保证了军权从属于皇帝。同时军队实行更戍法,让统兵的将帅定期调动,互换防区,避免将帅培植自己的势力,形成小的集团。
轻武政策,虽然有效地防止了将领的拥兵自重,巩固了中央集权,但它也产生了不利影响,武官的积极性受到了致命的打击,严重削弱了军队的战斗力和国防力量。因此,在对辽、西夏、金的战争中屡战屡败,只能屈辱忍让、纳币求和。即使面对国难,皇帝对武将的猜疑始终如一,致使岳飞的精忠报国之愿未遂,以“莫须有”的罪名,被朝廷杀害。
