The 9th day of the 9th lunar month is the traditional Chongyang

Festival, or Double Ninth Festival. It usually falls in October in

the Gregorian calendar. In an ancient and mysterious book Yi Jing,

or The Book of Changes, number "6" was thought to be of Yin character,

meaning feminine or negative, while number "9" was thought to be Yang,

meaning masculine or positive. So the number nine in both month and

day create the Double Ninth Festival, or Chongyang Festival. Chong

in Chinese means "double." Also, as double ninth was pronounced the

same as the word to signify "forever", both are "Jiu Jiu," the Chinese

ancestors considered it an auspicious day worth celebration. That's

why ancient Chinese began to celebrate this festival long time ago.

NO.1睢宁水粉皮（腊皮）

睢宁水粉皮，也叫腊皮，是徐州一道名菜，起源于宋代，由农家百姓创造产生。制作工艺考究，原料主要来自绿豆、地瓜或土豆中的淀粉。睢宁水粉皮以做成凉菜为主，配上少许菠菜叶，辅以红辣椒丝、蒜泥、食醋、香油等，独具佳肴特色。冬季热炒或做汤，美味令人叫绝。目前，睢宁水粉皮由小群体加工走向大规模生产，其中以睢宁县沙集镇最为出名。

睢宁金丝搅瓜这是睢宁的一道特产奇菜——金丝搅瓜，是生瓜取丝，天生自然，不是用刀切的，此菜确有“天然粉丝”的美称。外地朋友惊叹不已。金丝搅瓜瓜味清、香、脆、微甜，不用蒸煮即可生瓜取丝，深受人们的欢迎。

生瓜食用时轻拍瓜的周围，切开瓜后，用筷子或叉子扒动瓜内已分离的瓜条，就能出现像粉丝一样的瓜丝。如需熟用，开水焯出、重敲瓜壳横切取籽后，用筷子一搅，金丝自开，冷水投过，加上作料，即可佐餐下酒。也可以炒、熬、做馅等。无论如何烹制皆爽脆无比，被誉为植物海蛰。金丝搅瓜耐贮藏，７～８个月不失色、不变质，堪称天然蔬菜罐头。

我的家乡在徐州，那里有美丽的云龙湖。

春天，云龙湖边的柳树长出了嫩绿嫩绿的小芽，不时吹来一缕春风，柳枝儿轻轻地飘动着，好像在伴着春风跳舞。当春风吹过湖面，湖面就会泛起一丝丝波纹。湖面倒映着火红火红的太阳、洁白的云朵那景色美丽极了!草地里盛开着五颜六色的花朵儿，把成群的花蝴蝶都吸引了过来，它们围着花儿飞啊，飞啊，怎么也不肯离去。
