内容主要写清困难的具体内容。

1.首段，点明写作目的。

遇到困难I have such difficulty (in) doing...that I am writing to ask for your help.可以灵活用倒装的，还可以倒装成：Such difficulty do I have (in) doing...that I am writing to ask your help.寻求指导With... around the corner, I am writing to ask for your guidance on...e.g.I have such difficulty dealing with physics that I am writing to ask for your help.我应对物理问题有很多困难，所以写信寻求你的帮助。

Such difficulty do I have in focusing my attention during class that I am writing to ask for your help.我上课如此的难以集中注意力，所以写信寻求你的帮助。

With the Outdoor Music festival around the corner, I am writing to ask for your guidance on how to prepare for it.随着户外音乐节的来临，关于如何为此做准备方面，我写信来寻求你的指导。

2.中间段描述具体问题与内容。

英语应用文写作——建议信1．审题通读写作要求，从所给的提示中明确需要写的是一封建议信。

然后，确定人称和时态。

建议信通常用第二人称，时态用一般现在时。

2．布局谋篇首段：介绍写信意图。

注意要简明扼要，目的明确地陈述事由，语气委婉。

主体段落：首先可以肯定对方的优点，再写出对方需要改进的地方或针对具体情况提出具体建议。

注意建议要有合理性和说服力，不要让别人以为你是在投诉，而不是提建议。

结尾段：对提出的建议进行总结，注意要有礼貌，使读者容易接受。

也可以表明希望建议得到采纳并祝愿，或盼望回复。

3．形成初稿按照三段式结构，开始写作。

写作时，注意涵盖所有要点，结构紧凑，段与段之间或者句与句之间要连贯。

4．修改润色做到全文没有拼写错误和语法错误，准确使用较丰富的语法结构，运用高级词汇和短语，展现出较强的语言运用能力。

这样，才能写出一封好的建议信。
