By learning, students can develop their abilities of using English freely, including listening, speaking, reading and writing.Today I will talk about Unit 1 Reading. Here is the analysis of the teaching materials and the students. There are seven parts in this unit. The first part mainly introduces something about how to get laughter in different ways. The second one is what I am going to talk about specially. It is about four types of stand-up, which is one favorite type of comedy. The rest deal with how to remember new words effectively and use the language and the grammar knowledge the students have learned in real situations. The students have already had a general idea of comedies and laughter. In addition, this topic is always popular with students. Therefore, I think many students will show interest in such a lesson, and will take part in my class activities actively. Meanwhile, they will be willing to share their interests and experiences with the whole class.First of all, I would like to talk about the teaching objectives. There are three aims in the lesson, which are the knowledge objectives, the ability objectives and the effective objectives. In this case, they will be in good condition, and devote themselves to their studies in a positive attitude. At the same time, I hope they can enjoy the beauty of the world and treasure their lives. Now I will talk about the teaching difficulties important points.
