健康教育工作总结
今年，根据上级及公司健康教育工作的部署，结合项目部实际情况，开展了一系列健康教育活动，取得了良好的效果。
一、加强自身建设、强化健康治理
首先建立了健康教育组织机构，成立了领导小组，项目部多次召开会议，认真研究和讨论如何开展健康教育工作，提高项目部员工的卫生健康意识，制定了工作计划，成立了组成的健康教育工作网络体系，为我项目部开展健康教育活动打下了坚实的基础。
二、加大宣传力度、开展健康教育和服务活动
项目部利用宣传板，宣传单等形式宣传健康知识，使工地员工加强了保健意识，提高了卫生觉悟。
向员工发放宣传单，宣传各种保护耳朵的常识，组织题为“美化环境、打造绿色工地”的公益性劳动，义务清理三堆杂物，净化了工地的环境。
三、大力开展爱国卫生运动、做好流行病的预防工作
项目部开展了卫生综合治理工作，清理卫生死角，清理各种垃圾，完成消杀工作，号召员工加强卫生意识，大力提倡科学文明健康的生活方式，通过一系列活动，大大提高了人们的环境保护意识，卫生防疫知识普遍得到提高。
总之，项目部的工作取得了一定的成绩，今后会再接再厉，把健康教育工作做实，为工地的稳定和发展，为员工的健康和文明生活做出新的贡献。

创卫城市规划
一、制订规划的指导思想
根据市委、市政府要求，把诸城建设成为国家卫生城市。为实现这个宏伟目
标，从根本上改变诸城的环境卫生面貌，通过制订创建国家卫生城市规划，明确目标，指导全面。增强各项目部、各部门创建意识，把创建工作有机地纳入各自的工
作计划，加强管理。组织全体员工弘扬市风，共同奋斗，全方位启动，推动创建工作的全面开展，尽快把我市建设成为卫生整洁、优美舒适的国家卫生城市。
二、主要指标要求
(一)组织管理科学
1、明确爱卫工作方针。各项目部认真贯彻落实国务院《关于加强爱国卫生工作的决定》，坚持“政府组织，地方负责，部门协调，群众动手，科学治理，社会监督”的方针。由公司和各项目部门主要负责人主管卫生工作，并深入持久地开展爱国卫生运动，创出成效。
2、摆正爱国卫生工作位置。各项目部把创建国家卫生城市工作纳入议事日程，积极推行目标管理，落实责任，并作为项目考核的内容。
3、健全爱卫组织，要建立、健全爱卫会组织，并有部门和专人或兼职人员负责爱卫工作，能充分发挥爱卫会的组织协调作用。
4、制定爱卫工作规划。要根据国家卫生城市标准，结合本部门的实际情况，有意识地开展创建活动。“硬件”建设按计划完成，“软件”管理要“惯性运行”，收到预期的效果。

(二)健康教育效果明显
1、建立健康教育网络。进一步加强各级健康教育所的领导，扩大健教工作面
和提高健教质量。各项目部设立宣传园地，根据需要经常开展健康教育活动。
2、开展健康教育。墙报、宣传画、电视等进行声、像、字宣传。有条件的设
置卫生知识小型展览，普及职工的卫生科学教育。
3、建立阵地。进出口处，各主干道设立宣传画或遵章守法警示标语，宣传卫
生知识和卫生公德，创造良好健康教育氛围，增强员工讲卫生、爱清洁、热爱密州的意识。
(三)市容环境整洁、优美
1、强化市容管理。加强法规建设，进一步贯彻实施市政府颁布的市容环境卫
生管理规定等规定。充分发挥项目管理人员的只能作用。
2、落实“门前三包”责任制。马路两旁人行道路要畅顺，行人无阻，整齐美观。乱停放车辆、乱张贴、乱钉挂、乱堆放、乱倾倒等现象。
3、完善市容卫生设施，垃圾收运要有足够的容器，做到垃圾不落地，日产日清，运到指定的场地处理。
4、加强余泥渣土排放统管工作。余泥要排放到指定的场所。做到市区道路、

除四害管理措施
第一条为有效地消灭老鼠、苍蝇、蚊子、蟑螂(以下简称四害)，控制疾病传播，保障人民身体健康，根据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》《国务院关于加强爱国卫生工作的决定》结合我镇实际，制定本办法。
第二条除四害是我们的共同任务。凡在公司在建项目内的个人均应遵守本办法。
第三条除四害工作在公司爱卫会主管，负责领导、组织、发动、管理、监督除四害工作。
第四条除四害工作应坚持“条块结合、以块为主”，“谁受益、谁负担”的原则，实行专业队伍管理与群众管理相结合，采取改造环境、控制四害孪生地及直接杀灭四害等措施进行综合防治。
积极创造条件建立除四害专业队伍，实行有偿服务，其收费标准按照市物价管理部门批准的执行。除四害专业队伍应对服务对象提供优质服务。

自创建文明卫生活动以来，项目部积极响应政府号召，投入到创建活动中，除

我项目部利用宣传栏大力开展除四害活动的宣传、发动工作，使员工、自觉参
与除四害活动。以环境治理为主，组织员工在工地内外环境进行大扫除，及时投药堵塞鼠洞，清理卫生死角的垃圾，严格做好除四害工作，大力除害，取得较明显的
成绩。四害密度不断下降，控制和减少了传染病的发病率，保证了员工生活环境质量。

6、排水排污管道畅通，有兼职卫生管理人员，鼠、蝇密度控制在省标准内，蟑螂密度低。
7、加强对建筑工地的管理。建筑工地要有卫生责任人，封闭式施工，建筑物料和余泥按指定地点堆放，不影响环境，废水、泥浆不溢出场外，无积水，无垃圾粪便积存，不孪生蚊蝇，除四害措施落实，无鼠迹。
以上是项目部除四害工作的落实实施进展情况，下一阶段，我们将继续认真按照上级精神，抓紧时间实施各项整改，为我市创建国家卫生城市而努力奋斗。
