外墙涂料产品手册1、外墙外保温柔性耐水腻子(WFP-101)产品说明本产品是一种与外保温系统相配套，用于提高整体装饰效果与质量的辅助配套材料。
采用有机无机复配，具有高强度和韧性，具有良好的抗开裂性，可抵御、覆盖墙体细小的裂纹。
主要性能指标技术指标满足JG/T229-2007外墙外保温柔性腻子的要求，主要物理性能要求见下表应用范围适用于外墙外保温系统基层涂装工程找平处理；适用于具有轻微震动的建筑物，如桥梁、高架路等建筑物基面保护及涂装工程；适用于各种住宅、写字楼、酒店、厂房、学校等大型建筑物基材找平，配套弹性外墙漆使用。
产品特点粘结力强，产品好施工；良好的柔韧性及防水性；抗裂性能强；无毒环保、现场加水搅拌即可。
施工建议及指导1、先用清水和洗洁剂把基层彻底洗净，墙体干透后进行批涂。
2、按其水灰比，先将清水倒入搅拌桶内，再加粉料，然后用电动搅拌机搅拌成均匀无颗粒的膏糊状，静置数分钟后再稍作搅拌，效果更佳。
3、先用点补法对基面裂缝处及平整度相差较大的地方进行修补，应确保基面平整,无空鼓,无油污，每遍施工厚度控制在0.5-2mm以内。
4、腻子施工完成后应尽早打磨,打磨时将刀痕磨平即可,并清除浮灰,应避免在腻子层实干后(标准状态下24小时)或淋雨后打磨.高温下施工,打磨后需浇水养护,宜四天后进入下道工序。
5、本品配方合理，严禁掺合其他品牌腻子粉或水泥，滑石粉，胶水等。
6、搅拌好的腻子应在四小时内用完，适应在5℃-38℃无雨水的环境下使用。
注意事项下雨时室外切勿施工严禁私自添加砂子、水泥及其他外加剂切忌把已干结的腻子膏加水混合使用气候干燥或烈日暴晒时，应淋水养护施工时做好必要的劳动防护，杜绝安全隐患。
包装、储存和运输包装：25kg/袋储存：置于阴凉、干燥通风处运输：按一般货物运输，运输时防止雨淋保质期：在正常运输储存条件下，产品储存期12个月2、外墙抗碱封闭底漆（白色）(W AP-201)专为混凝土及水泥砂浆表面设计的内、外墙多用途底漆; 用于吸收力较强的墙面，以节省面漆及提高面漆的附着力;亦用于未涂刷过的砖墙、水泥石灰墙、石膏板、石棉板、硬板及软板等表面产品特点附着力强，抗碱性强，有效防止面漆变色或褪色。
优创™E可用于中高档内墙涂料、外墙涂料和弹性外墙涂料，能帮助涂料配方商在优化涂料配方性能的同时，有效降低涂料的体积成本。
同样重要的是，使用优创™E可大幅减少涂料中钛白粉的用量，从而减少二氧化碳排放，降低对环境的影响。
优创™E不含甲醛、APEO(烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类化合物)和氨水，是低VOC净味涂料配方的理想选择。
优创™E的推出可说是行业内的重大突破。
优创™E是中空微珠聚合物乳液，干燥后为功能性白色颜料，能有效提升漆膜的遮盖力和白度。
以优创™E部分替换钛白粉，在提高或不损失涂料遮盖力的前提下有效增加涂料本体体积，并具有出色的耐沾污性、突出的漆膜手感及更好的保色性。
施工发现，含有优创™E的涂料在滚涂和刷涂时特别流畅，从而提高了施工的易操作性。
对比实验结果表明，加入优创™E可增加单位重量的涂料体积和涂布面积，不管是应用于内墙涂料、外墙涂料还是弹性涂料，都能有效降低涂料的体积成本和施工时单位面积的涂料成本。
例如，当应用在PVC内墙涂料中时，涂布面积可增加8.2%，涂料的体积成本可降低5.3%。

”对于内墙涂料来说，人们已经不仅仅满足对颜色和光泽的简单要求。
在满足低VOC性能的同时，涂膜的手感、耐污渍性和耐擦洗性也成为人们越来越关注的性能。
在内墙涂料配方中加入优创™E，可以“绑”住比较松散的颜填料颗粒，使涂膜更加致密，手感也趋于爽滑。
优创™E的疏水性使墙体不易沾染油污。
同时，优创™E的加入替代了部分较软的乳液聚合物，提高了涂膜的硬度，从而改善了耐擦洗性。
因此，优创™E特别适合于专门在儿童房使用的涂料，就算再淘气的小朋友也不会把房间的墙面搞得一团糟了。
