Step 1:设疑自探

T: Good morning, everyone.

Ss: Good morning, Miss Zhang.

T: I’ll ask some students to make a dialogue with me. What’s your name?

S1: I’m Li Shuai.

T: Nice to meet you.

S1: Nice to meet you, too.

T: Now let’s sing a song of the “ABC”.

T: I’m Miss Zhang. I’m twenty-nine. How old are you? Today, we’ll learn Lesson 5 How old

are you? Look through the dialogue and try to ask some questions: 1、 what’s the meaning of

‘how old are you?”

2、Are you five?如何回答？

Step2、解疑合探

3) Firstly, let’s learn the new words. Show the new words on some cards.(how, old, five,

one, nine, ten) then discuss the questions in paris ,then in class.

4) Let’s listen to the tape, pay attention to the tune and pronunciation.

5) Read after the tape.

6) Practise in pairs, after that I’ll ask some students to act it out.

Step 3: 质疑再探

Do you have any more questions? If they have more ,discuss together and solve them.

Step 4: 运用拓展

1.Act out the dialogue in front of the class.

2.Do some exercises.

词汇：nine how old ten five one 能听懂会说，会认，会拼写并知道词义。

交际用语：How old are you ? I′m nine.

Are you nine ? Yes , I am / No I′m ten.能听懂，会说，并能用来进行会话。

教学内容分析：(Analyses of teaching contents )

1. 词汇

本课共出现10个单词，其中one five ten how 和old六个单词是四会单词。

2. Let′s talk

本课Let′s talk共有两项新内容:

（1）How old are you ?和答句I′m nine这是问年龄和应答的句子，问句中的old意思是“老的，旧的”，how old意思是多大岁数，答句I′m nine是I′m nine years old的简缩，也可以直接用数词表示岁数。

(2) Are you nine ? 的答句Yes , I am / No I′m ten和how old are you ?是问年龄的另外一种表达方式，前者是一般疑问句，后者是特殊疑问句，回答一般疑问句要用Yes或No这两种方式都要求学生掌握。

教学重点：

1． 词汇：nine how old ten five one

2．交际用语：How old are you ? I′m nine.

Are you nine ? Yes , I am / No I′m ten.

教学准备：

卡片，录音机，小动物头饰

教学过程：

一．复习检查

1．复习动物名称：教师说monkey,bear等，让学生举卡片。

2．复习第四课学过的关于动作的指令：教师说stand up ，sit down等，让学生做动作。
