摘要:一种基于角质酶、角蛋白酶和蛋白酶一浴法处理的羊毛生物法防毡缩整理方法,属于毛织物染整加工技术领域。
旨在解决羊毛氯化防毡缩法环境污染严重,单一蛋白酶法处理织物润湿性差、毡缩率高,以及角质酶、角蛋白酶和蛋白酶三步法处理效率低的缺陷,达到优化毛织物蛋白酶处理的效果。
羊毛试样经萃取去除游离油性杂质后,在含有一定浓度的角质酶、角蛋白酶和蛋白酶溶液中一浴法处理,通过三种酶的协同作用,提高了纤维鳞片表面的亲水性和处理浴中角蛋白酶和蛋白酶的作用效率、羊毛表面鳞片层的去除效果和羊毛织物的防毡缩性能,又缩短了处理时间。
通过本发明,可使生物法防毡缩替代传统的氯化法,提高羊毛防毡缩整理的质量,并有利于生态环境的保护。

生物酶协同催化体系及其对羊毛纤维的作用机制刘建勇;吴胜争;赵笑康【摘要】为提高蛋白酶与羊毛的作用效果,减少羊毛损伤和缩短酶处理时间,通过研究活化剂存在条件下蛋白酶的催化有效性及活化剂与羊毛的反应速率,验证了由蛋白酶和活化剂组成的生物酶协同催化体系的可行性.并通过比较减量率、处理液中蛋白含量变化及纤维表面鳞片形态,证明在生物酶协同催化体系中活化剂、蛋白酶的相互协同作用可明显促进羊毛角蛋白的水解速度.经过对染色性能、氨基酸组成变化、阿尔瓦登反应及X射线光电子能谱分析表明:生物酶协同催化体系的作用机制是活化剂和蛋白酶相互协同作用,其中活化剂作用于二硫键,蛋白酶作用于酰胺键,从而快速有效地实现羊毛纤维的鳞片剥除.%In order to improve the interaction effect of protease and wool, reduce the damage to wool and shorten the time of enzyme treatment, the catalytic effectiveness of protease in the presence of activator and the reaction rate between activator and wool were studied to verify the feasibility of biological enzyme synergistic catalysis system composed of protease and activator. The synergistic effect of protease and activator in the enzyme catalytic system was proved to promote the hydrolysis rate of wool keratin significantly, by comparing the reduction rate, the change in protein content in liquid and scale image. The analysis results of the dyeing properties, amino acid composition changes, Allworden reaction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy show that the mechanism of biological enzyme synergistic catalytic system is the synergistic effect of protease and activator. 角质酶/角蛋白酶一浴法处理对羊毛性能的影响黄庞慧;王强;董爱学;范雪荣;王平;余圆圆;章金芳【摘要】采用T.fusca产角质酶以及Bacillus subtilis产角蛋白酶一浴法的方式处理羊毛,通过毡缩率、断裂强力、碱溶解度、上染速率、K/S值和接触角等指标考察了该处理对羊毛的改性效果,并运用XPS、氨基酸分析和 SEM 考察了其对羊毛结构与性质的影响。
实验结果表明:经一浴法处理后,羊毛织物的毡缩率下降明显,达到机可洗要求;断裂强力下降较少,碱溶解度增加较少,上染速率提高,K/S值增加;XPS分析表明,经处理后羊毛纤维表面的元素含量变化较大;氨基酸分析表明,经处理后羊毛纤维中的胱氨酸质量分数有所降低;SEM显示,羊毛鳞片层大部分被剥除,综上可以说明角质酶/角蛋白酶的一浴法处理对羊毛具有明显的改性作用。
