1、配电箱内部环境之温度以不超过0度到40度为基准，当温度愈高，其可靠度寿命也就愈差，且位置尺之控制偏差位移也愈大，甚至可达MM，最好要装风扇，风扇位置一接近主机板电源器，一接近固态继电器。

2、温度控制部份，可使用电磁接触器。

或固电继电器（视配备而定），固电继电器散热座温度不得超过65度，75度，亦不得连续使用超过5分钟。

3、感温部份要求使用K型温度传感器，温度介面转接板，应以铜柱固定於射台後，加热控制配线盒上，切不可使用塑胶柱，且装配时尽量不要和强电部份绷在一起。

4、保护固态继电器的保险丝应按照规格使用。

（1）电流10安以下（含10安）：使用10安保险丝。

（2）电流10安以上：20安以下（含20安），使用20安保险丝。

（3）电流20安以上：依大小另购保险丝。

5、开关电源器输入电压为230伏或115伏，部分电源器旁有一开关选择，使用时需注意输入电压，如使用115伏，60赫兹。

应以220伏转110伏变压器转接。

6、电源器本公司都备有备用保险丝，请依规格更换。

7、电气箱内主机板，应绝对禁止水或油的浸蚀污染。

8、晶体输出板严禁单点推动二支阀，但可接一个继电器。

9、本公司使用清晰美观之薄膜操作面板，严禁使用高挥发性（如汽油）擦拭，应以煤油或蜡（最佳）清除。

10、装配完成後应避免电脑系统相关回路电线破皮（除感温线），与机器外壳短接。

开关电源器机壳会有轻微漏电，因此必需强制要求接地配线措施。

11、比例系统一般可控制输出电压或电流，标准品为电流控制，电流以压力流量为限。

12、近接开关规格应以NPN型为准，并使用系统电源。
