2023年浙江温州中考英语应用文范文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Amazing Summer VacationHi everyone! My name is Li Ming and I'm a 6th grade student at Wenzhou No. 1 Elementary School. I just had the most amazing summer vacation ever and I can't wait to tell you all about it!It all started a couple weeks before school let out for the summer. My parents surprised me and my little sister Mei Mei by telling us we were going on a trip to Beijing to visit my grandparents! I was so excited because I love traveling and seeing new places. Beijing is the capital of China and has so many cool historical sites to see.The first stop on our trip was Tiananmen Square. It's this huge open area in the center of Beijing that can hold up to a million people! There are some really impressive buildings and monuments surrounding the square too. My favorite was the Gate of Heavenly Peace with its colorful glazed roof and intricate stone carvings. Our tour guide told us it was built back in the1400s during the Ming Dynasty. Just imagine how much history and culture that gate has witnessed over the centuries! From Tiananmen Square, we went to explore the incredible Forbidden City. This was the palace where Chinese emperors lived with their families and advisors for almost 500 years. It's called the Forbidden City because commoners were not allowed to go inside back in those days. The whole palace complex is absolutely massive - it has 9,999 rooms! My little legs got tired from walking around and seeing all the different buildings, gardens, and museums. But it was totally worth it to imagine what life must have been like for the royalty who lived there. My favorite areas were the Imperial Garden with its pretty landscapes and the Palace of Heavenly Purity where the emperors held important ceremonies. After a few days taking in the historical sights of Beijing, we went to visit my grandparents at their home in a nearby town. I was really happy to see them because I hadn't gotten to spend much time with them since we live so far apart. Grandma doted on us by cooking all my favorite Chinese dishes like dumplings, sweet and sour pork, and hot pot. She always makes enough food to feed a small army! Grandpa took us fishing by a peacefullake and taught Mei Mei and me some fun games to play with our cousins. One day while we were at my grandparents' place, my uncle surprised us by saying he had gotten tickets for us all to go see a famous Chinese acrobat show! I had seen acrobats performing on TV before, but never in person. The performers at this show were incredible - they did all sorts of amazing flips, balancing acts, and contortions that seemed completely impossible for the human body. At one point, they stacked up chairs into a huge tower and had acrobats doing somersaults from one chair to the next. It was both thrilling and a little bit scary to watch! Whenever they did a particularly difficult stunt, the whole audience would gasp in anticipation. By the end of the show, my hands were sore from clapping so much. It was definitely the most exhilarating live performance I've ever seen. All too soon, our vacation was coming to an end and it was time to make the journey back home to Wenzhou. Even though I was sad to leave my grandparents, I was bursting with excitement to tell all my friends about my amazing adventures in Beijing. I have so many wonderful memories from this trip that I'll cherish forever - getting to experience Chinese history andculture firsthand, spending quality time with my extended family, and of course the jaw-dropping acrobat show.Summer vacation gave me a chance to get out of my normal routine, expand my horizons, and create lasting memories with my loved ones. I feel so lucky to have parents who take me along on these incredible journeys instead of just sitting at home all summer. Experiences like this have taught me there's a great big world out there to explore. After going to Beijing and having such an awesome time, I've already started dreaming about where my family might travel to next! Maybe next summer it will be Shanghai, or even another country. Wherever we go, I know there will be more amazing adventures awaiting. But for now, I'm back in Wenzhou ready to work hard in school and make this the best year yet! Thanks for reading about my summer vacation - I hope you enjoyed hearing about it as much as I enjoyed living it.篇2My Amazing Trip to the ZooHi everyone! My name is Emily, and I want to tell you about my incredible trip to the zoo last summer. It was the best day ever! Let me share all the exciting things I saw and did!First, let me tell you about the animals. There were so many different kinds! I saw big animals like elephants and giraffes. They were huge! The elephants were spraying water on themselves with their long trunks, and the giraffes were eating leaves from the tall trees. It was amazing to see them up close!Next, I went to the monkey exhibit. Oh boy, those monkeys were so funny! They swung from branch to branch and made silly faces. I couldn't stop laughing! One little monkey even waved at me. I waved back and felt like we were friends. After that, I visited the bird sanctuary. The birds were so colorful and beautiful. There were parrots that could talk! I said, "Hello!" and one parrot said, "Hello!" back to me. I couldn't believe it! I also saw graceful flamingos standing on one leg. They looked like ballerinas! But the most exciting part of my trip was the dolphin show. The dolphins were incredible! They jumped out of the water and did flips in the air. It was like they were dancing! I clapped and cheered for them. They were so smart and talented.Besides seeing all the amazing animals, I also learned a lot at the zoo. There were signs with interesting facts about each animal. I read about their habitats, diets, and behaviors. It was like having a science lesson while having fun! Before I left, I bought a cute stuffed animal in the zoo gift shop. It was a souvenir to remember my fantastic day. I can't wait to go back to the zoo again and see even more incredible animals.Visiting the zoo was an unforgettable experience for me. I had so much fun and learned so many new things. If you ever get a chance to go to the zoo, I highly recommend it. You'll have a wild and wonderful time, just like I did! That's all for now. Thank you for reading about my amazing trip to the zoo. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. Bye for now!Word Count: 271 words篇3My Big Exam Adventure!Hiya! My name is Xiao Ming and I'm 12 years old. I just finished my crazy big exam to get into a great middle school. It was the 2023 Zhejiang Wenzhou middle school entrance exam. Whew, what a ride!It all started months ago when my teachers started prepping us. They said the English part was super important since it testshow well we can really use English for different things, not just answering questions. At first, I was pretty nervous. English is fun, but also pretty tricky with all the strange grammar rules and big vocabulary words. My teachers had us practice writing all sorts of things - letters, emails, instructions, stories, you name it! We had to learn how to organize our ideas clearly and use language that fits the purpose and audience. Like if I was writing an email to my grandma, I'd use pretty simple words and sentences. But if I was writing instructions on how to play a video game, I'd use more technical terms. The reading comprehension part was no joke either. We read tons of articles, stories, advertisements, and more. The key was understanding not just what the words meant, but also things like the main idea, the author's purpose and tone, and making inferences about things not directly stated. My brain got a workout for sure!Another big part was speaking and listening. We had to record ourselves giving presentations and answering questions. The listening portions had us watch videos or hear recordings and then summarize what they were about or answercomprehension questions. That really helped get us ready for understanding different accents and speaking contexts. When the big test day arrived, I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty nervous! But I tried my best to stay calm and focused. The writing section had us write a short story based on some pictures. I tried to use lots of descriptive language to really paint a picture in the reader's mind. Then there was an email writing task where we had to pretend to write to a company about a product issue. I made sure to be polite but also clear about the problem and what I wanted them to do about it. The reading comprehension had some pretty dense articles about things like environmental science and world history. I had to really concentrate to identify the key points and implications. My favorite part was the speaking section where I gave a short speech about my favorite book and why I recommend it to others. I just imagined I was talking to my friends and did my best to explain the plot and characters in an engaging way. The listening portions covered things like news reports, interviews, and podcasts on various topics. Sometimes the audio wasn't crystal clear, so I had to really listen carefully.Phew, after it was all over, I felt both relieved and tired! All that reading, writing, listening, and speaking really took it out of me. But I was proud of myself for giving it my full effort. My teachers said as long as I did that, I should feel accomplished regardless of the score. While I wait for those results, I've just been relaxing, hanging out with friends, and reading for fun without any pressure. Wish me luck, though! I'm hoping I did well enough to get into one of the great middle schools here. No matter what, this exam experience has helped me see how important good English skills are these days. Being able to effectively communicate in our global world is so valuable.Well, that's my big tale about conquering the English application part of the big exam. If you're a student getting ready for a similar test, just remember to keep practicing all those reading, writing, speaking and listening skills. It's tough but absolutely worth it! Thanks for letting me share my story. Until next time!篇4My Amazing Trip to WenzhouHi everyone! I want to share with you my amazing trip to Wenzhou during the summer vacation. It was such a fun and exciting experience! Let me tell you all about it.First, I went to Wenzhou by train with my family. The train ride was really long, but I didn't mind because I was so excited to explore a new city. When we arrived, I couldn't believe how beautiful Wenzhou was! The city was surrounded by mountains and there were so many rivers flowing through it. It was like a dream come true. The first place we visited was Wenzhou Olympic Sports Center. It was huge and had so many sports facilities. I played soccer with my dad on one of the fields and even scored a goal! It was so much fun. Then, we went to Wenzhou Zoo. I saw so many animals there, like pandas, lions, and elephants. My favorite was the playful monkeys. They were swinging from tree to tree and it made me laugh so much.Next, we visited Wuma Street, which is a famous shopping street in Wenzhou. There were shops selling all kinds of things - clothes, toys, and even delicious snacks. I bought a new toy car and some tasty local snacks to take back home. The shopkeepers were really friendly and even taught me some words in the local dialect. It was great fun trying to speak like a local! One of the highlights of my trip was visiting Wenzhou Xichan Temple. It's a very old temple with beautiful architecture. Inside, there were golden statues of Buddha and the air was filled with a sense of peace and tranquility. I lit some incense and made a wish for good luck in my studies. I hope it comes true!On another day, we took a boat ride along the Ou River. The scenery was breathtaking! I saw fishermen catching fish and beautiful bridges crossing the river. It was like being in a painting. We also visited Jiangxin Island, which is a small island in the middle of the river. We walked around the island and enjoyed the fresh air and beautiful flowers. The last place we visited was Wenzhou Museum. It had many interesting artifacts and I learned a lot about the history and culture of Wenzhou. There were ancient pottery, traditional costumes, and even dinosaur fossils! It was like stepping back in time.Sadly, it was time to go back home. I had such an amazing time in Wenzhou and I will never forget this trip. The people were friendly, the food was delicious, and the sights were incredible. If you ever have the chance, I highly recommend visiting Wenzhou. You won't be disappointed! That's all for now. I hope you enjoyed hearing about my trip. Maybe one day we can all go on an adventure together. See you soon!Yours,[Your Name]P.S. I've included a photo of me in front of Wenzhou Olympic Sports Center. I had so much fun playing soccer there!篇5My Experience with the English ExamHi there! My name is Xiaoming and I'm a 6th grade student in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province. I just took the English exam as part of the zhongkao (中考) or middle school entrance exam a few weeks ago. It was a really big deal and I was super nervous leading up to it, but I tried my best and I think it went pretty well in the end.The English part of the exam had listening, reading, writing, and speaking sections. For the listening part, we had to listen to recordings and answer multiple choice questions about what we heard. Some of it was kind of tricky because the speakers haddifferent accents. But I've been practicing listening to English videos and audios for a while, so I felt okay with it overall. The reading part had long passages that we had to read carefully and then answer comprehension questions about the main ideas, details, vocabulary, and making inferences. There were questions about the authors' purposes and tones too. I thought the passages were interesting - they were about things like space exploration, environmental protection, and cultural traditions around the world. Reading long passages in English is hard, but our English teachers trained us to identify key information and main points. For the writing section, we had to write a short essay responding to a prompt about an issue or theme. The prompt for my exam was "Is social media good or bad for society?" I made sure to state my perspective clearly in the introduction, provide relevant examples and reasons to support my view in the body paragraphs, and then summarize my key points in the conclusion. Organizing ideas logically in English writing is really important. The speaking part was honestly the section I was most nervous about because I'm quite shy when it comes to speaking English out loud. We had to have a short conversation with a tester about a familiar topic and describe a picture or situation. Itried to speak slowly and clearly, use more complex sentence structures, and incorporate vocabulary words we had practiced. Speaking is my weakest area in English, but I'm working on building confidence. After the exam was finally over, I felt relieved but also proud that I had prepared so hard. My parents and English teachers supported me a lot by doing practice tests with me, quizzing me on vocabulary and grammar, and giving me advice. Leading up to the exam, I reviewed English lessons every day, made vocabulary flashcards, did tons of practice questions, and worked on my weak areas like writing and speaking. The zhongkao exam in general tested our abilities across all subjects like math, Chinese, physics, and chemistry too. But the English part was really important because it shows our overall English proficiency skills. Doing well on it can help us get into a good middle school and set us up for more opportunities to learn English in-depth later on.Getting through this intensive English exam made me feel more confident about continuing to improve my English abilities in the future. English is such an important global language for academics, career, travel, and just communicating with people around the world. I know it won't be easy, but I'm motivated tokeep studying hard, speaking more, and really mastering English step-by-step.Well, that's my experience with the big English exam! It was definitely challenging but also an accomplishment I'm proud of as an elementary student. I'm going to keep working on my English because I know it will open up so many amazing chances to connect with new cultures, ideas, and people. Let me know if you have any other questions!篇6My Life as a Middle School Student in WenzhouHi there! My name is Xiaoming and I'm a 14-year-old middle school student living in the beautiful city of Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province. I'd love to tell you all about my daily life and experiences as a student here.Every morning, my day starts with the sound of my mom's voice calling me to wake up for school. I have to admit, getting out of my warm, cozy bed is always a struggle! But I know education is very important, so I eventually drag myself up and get ready. After washing up and putting on my school uniform, I head to the kitchen for a classic Chinese breakfast - usually some congee, eggs, and vegetables. The commute to school takes about 30 minutes. I live a few miles away, so I have to take the public bus. I really enjoy this part of my day as I get to listen to music and watch the lively streets of Wenzhou pass by through the bus window. The city is famous for its mild climate, delicious food, and hardworking people. I feel very lucky to call this place home.Once I arrive at school, my usual routine begins. My first couple of classes are typically Chinese literature and math. I really enjoy literature because I love reading stories and analyzing the deeper meanings. Math...well, let's just say it's not my favorite subject! Those formulas and equations really make my head spin sometimes. But I know it's crucial to work hard in all my classes to prepare for the important zhongkao exam at the end of middle school. After those morning classes, it's time for lunchbreak. The cafeteria food is pretty decent - they serve a lot of classic Zhejiang dishes like xiao long bao, fried rice, and stir-fried vegetables. I always look forward to this time to chat and joke around with my closest friends. We talk about everything from homework and classes to movies, music, and sports. In the afternoons, I typically have classes like English, history, and science. English is one of my stronger subjects as I've beenlearning it since primary school. I find the language fascinating and hope to become very fluent one day. My history and science classes are quite interesting too as I get to learn about the rich culture and latest developments in technology.Once the final bell rings at 4pm, my day at school is done...but the work isn't over yet! I head home and spend a couple of hours on homework assignments before dinner. My parents are always nagging me about not slacking off too much with my studies. After dinner, if I have free time, I love playing basketball or video games with friends to relax. On weekends, I have a lot more flexibility in my schedule. Sometimes I go exploring around different neighborhoods in Wenzhou with my buddies. The city has such an interesting mix of historic temples, tasty street food stalls, and modern shopping areas. Other times, I'll visit my grandparents in their village outside the city center. It's a total change of pace - very quiet and slow compared to the hustle and bustle of urban Wenzhou. But I cherish those moments when I can disconnect and experience the simple village lifestyle.I also have several hobbies and extracurriculars that I'm passionate about. One of my favorite activities is playing badminton. There's a club at school where we practice a coupletimes a week. I love the fast-paced intensity and competitiveness of the sport. Aside from that, I'm part of the school's volunteer club where we do community service projects like visiting nursing homes and cleaning up parks. It feels good to give back to the community. As you can probably tell, life as a middle school student in Wenzhou is pretty full and eventful! Between classes, homework, extracurriculars, spending time with family/friends, and exploring the city, there's never a dull moment. While the pressure of academics and exams can feel overwhelming at times, I know it's all preparing me for future success.Wenzhou has become a major economic and cultural center in recent years, offering lots of great opportunities. My dream is to eventually attend a top university, travel the world, and maybe even start my own business. But for now, I'm just focused on making the most out of my middle school years and working hard to put myself in a position to achieve those bigger goals.I feel very fortunate to be getting my education here in Wenzhou. The area has such a rich history combined with modern advancement. Living in this city has really opened my eyes to the bigger world out there and instilled me with ambition and determination. If you ever get a chance to visit Wenzhou, I'dhighly recommend it! Let me know if you need a tour guide around all the coolest spots.Well, thanks for letting me share a little glimpse into my daily life. Being a middle school student definitely keeps me busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way. This is such an exciting and important stage in shaping who I will become. I plan to make the most of every moment and opportunity here in Wenzhou! Hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.。
