可切换大/小字体显示测量结果;可控制运行(RUN)/暂停(STOP),锁定显示测量结果,方便阅读分析;可以设定捕捉记录最高的电压峰值、电流峰值,方便了解负载开机的峰值电流、长期工作时的瞬间最大峰值电流等。

This has proven to be a reliable and highly accurate method of measuring flow. Exceptional repeatability and high accuracy over a wide range offluid viscosities and flowrates are features of the oval rotor design. With low pressure drop and high pressure rating, oval rotor flowmeters are suitable for both gravity and pump (in-line) applications.Please read this informationcarefully before use!Before use, confirm the fluid to be used is compatible with the meter. Refer to Industry fluid compatibility charts or consult yourlocal representative for advice.To prevent damage from dirt or foreignmatter it is recommended that a Y or bas-ket type 200 mesh strainer be installed as close as possible to the inlet side of the meter. 注意事项PM测试软件是与PM系列电力自动化测试装置配套使用的专用测试软件。
PM测试软件安装在台式或便携式计算机上,运行在Windows XP操作系统下。
PM测试装置使用USB信号线或以太网双绞信号线与计算机连接,由PM测试软件对测试装置进行联机控制。
联机工作时应保证信号线可靠连接,注意不要随意拉扯信号线或晃动信号线连接端。

2.1使用注意事项:1,功率计内置虽有过流保护电路,但若长时间输入电路超出最大量程的1.5倍以上,将会损坏功率计。
2,请勿在潮湿凝露地方使用,待测电路与功率计机壳的电压差最大不能超过DC2KV,否则会对操作人员 的安全构成威胁、会损坏功率计。
3.0 拆包装验货1,拿到新产品,拆开产品包装箱,检查材料是否齐全,材料有:PM6803A功率计一台,电源线一条,产品说明书一份。
如不符合,请与销售商或厂家联系。
2,检查功率计外壳是否有压损;轻晃动检查功率表内是否脱落、可移动物品。
如有异常,切勿继续使用!与供应商或本公司联系获得售后服务。
3,接上功率计的电源,将待测电路和功率计的测量端子正确连接,即可进行测量。
4.0按键功能按键上方内容表示按键的第一功能:DISPLAY 切换显示: 1)大小字体显示之间切换。
2)测试后,切换显示测试报告。
右移 。
(编辑设置时)上移,或数值加。
(编辑设置时)下移,或数值减。
(编辑设置时)SET 进入/退出设置界面。
ENTER 确定。
(编辑设置时)按键下面的文字表示按键的第二功能(非编辑设置时):RUN/STOP 继续/停止更新显示数值。
Peak Hold 使能/关闭记录最大峰值。
Stop Test (暂停/)停止测试。
Start Test 启动测试。
4.1显示的图标含义:闪烁一次表示更新采集结果。
测试工作模式。
(STOP)停止更新显示数值 5.0规格判断设置菜单1) 按<Setup>键进入设置;2) FILE: 文件编号,范围1~15共15组;文件名长度10个字符,可以编辑为英文、数字、符号。
3)规格判断参数: VRMS(电压真有效值),IRMS(电流真有效值),VPK(电压峰值),IPK(电流峰值),P.(有功功率),S.(视在功率),PF(功率因数)的规格的设定。
F.(频率)的规格设定。
编辑规则:1 ,数值从左到右是: 下限~上限。
2,下限必须比上限小2以上;设置的值不能超过输入的范围或最大量程(见2.0各项测量参数的技术指标)。
3,每项参数的上下限范围判断后的ON/OFF表示开启/关闭此规格判断。
4)TEST MODE 启动测试的方式说明AUTO 自动判断待测负载接入,进行规格判断。
判断规则:1,当电压值大于(0.20V),和电流值大于(0.0020A)时视为有待测负载接入;2,两次的采集结果的差别,电压小于5V,电流小于0.05A即视为负载工作状态基本 稳定,启动测试;3,当电压值小于(0.2V),或电流值小于(0.0020A)时视为待测负载已经移除。
KEY 按键触发,每按一次按键进行一次规格判断。
KEY/TRIN 按键触发,或数据接口的TRIN端口输入低电平触发,进行一次规格判断。
ALWAYS 当按键启动规格判断后,一直保持判断状态,直到按下停止键。
5)SPEAK ON/OFF 开启/关闭输出测试结果时的声音提示。
6)LOAD DEFAULT 调入默认的设置。
7)SAVE AS DEFAULT 将目前测试文件储存为默认设置。
8)EXIT&WITHOUT SAVE 不保存退出。
9)EXIT&SAVE 保存退出。
(编辑文件、文件名时之前所修改的数据也会自动被保存)6.0 常用操作6.1 启动测试方法:1) 按<ENTER (Star test)>键。
2) 将DB9接口触发引脚TRIG对地短路。
6.2 暂停或退出测试模式: 按< V (Pause test)>键。
6.3 显示测试结果的各项参数报告:在测试完毕后,按<DIPLAY>键调出显示。
从左到右显示的分别是 实际参数,规格上下限,判断结果。
判断结果显示G为合格,H为高于规格上限,L低于规格下限。
6.4 调节显示屏的对比度步骤:1) 开机时,按住<DISPLAY>键等待约3秒后,此时左边只有TEST(黄灯)灯亮,屏幕左上角显示和数值(如对比度调节不当会看不到),表示已进入对比度设置。
2) 按<+>/<‐>键调节对比度。
按<+>键对比度增加,PASS(绿灯)灯亮;如果PASS灯闪烁表示已经调节到了上限。
按<‐>键对比度下降,FAIL(红灯)灯亮;如果FAIL灯闪烁表示已经调节到了下限。
3) 按ENTER 储存退出。
6.5 清空所有设置文件内容(还原为出厂默认值)步骤:开机时,按住<ENTER>键约3秒后,出现选择菜单;移到 ”Clear all setup” ,按<ENTER>。
7.0常见问题问答和错误提示代码含义Err003 采集板数据读取出错。
解决方法:请与销售商或厂家联系获得售后服务。
Err006 规格判断的设置数据读取出错。
解决方法:1,重设数据,或清空所有设置文件内容。
2,若仍不能解决,请与销售商或厂家联系获得售后服务。
Err009 RS232接收到错误的指令,或数据格式不对。
9.0通信协议(兼容MOBUS CRC16协议)。
9. 1 RS232 & I/O 接口引脚定义通信接口RS232电平,触发接口TTL5V电平。
引脚 1,+5V 最大100mA输出能力。
2,RXD 功率计RS232接收数据。
3,TXD 功率计RS232发送数据。
4,TRIG 触发输入,+5VTTL电平,下拉有效。
5,GND 通信地,与机壳相连。
9.2 通信方式:RS232 双向异步通信, 波特率9600Bit/S、8位数据,1位停止位,无校验位 9.3 一帧数据的格式地址 ( ADDR ) 功能码 数据区的数据长度数据区 CRC161 Byte 1 Byte 1 ByteN N Byte(N<249)2 Byte为了保证通信的可靠性,每帧数据间隔应当大于10mS。
地址 :功率计通信地址,范围0~60,用通信设置,详见9.5。
248为广播地址,所有功率计响应。
功率计只响应其地址的数据。
251特殊操作地址,如设置功率计的通信地址。
功能码:表示数据的具体功能。
数据区的数据长度:功率表接收数据长度最长30BYTE, 发送数据长度最长30BYTE 如果接收数据超过30BYTE,此帧数据将会无法被功率表正确接收。
CRC16:前面数据的CRC16(X^16+X^15+X^2+1)校验结果。
9.4功能码值和含义:9.4.1 功率计发出的数据00000000B (0X00) 采集结果一帧数据格式:地址(=0~59)+命令(=0)+数据长度(=25)+数据区(25Byte)+CRC16。
