全册教材分析一、教学目的根据小学生的生理和心理特点以及发展需求，小学阶段英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们英语学习的积极态度，使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心；培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础；使他们形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的能力，为进一步学习打下基础。
同时培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象和创造能力。
适当的介绍中西方文化，培养学生的爱国主义精神，增强世界意识，为学生的进一步学习奠定良好的基础。
二、教材的编写意图（一）全书配有彩色卡通式插图，设计新颖活泼，生动有趣，这样可以激发学生的学习动机和学习兴趣；（二）培养学生良好的书写习惯（三）本册书共6个单元、2个复习单元。
每单元分“A、B、C”三个部分，每个单元的话题都联系学生的实际，如爱好，家庭，朋友等。
小学学的都是一些基础性的东西，可以为小学生以后的英语学习奠定基础。
（四）本书的语言材料真实地道，活泼有趣，可以发展学生学习英语的自主能力。
（五）教材编排内容多样化，有对话，歌曲，游戏，任务，会话，文化知识等，这样可以使学生在活动中也能感知语言，习得语言并能了解一些东西方文化。
（六）每单元由主干系统和辅助系统两部分组成。
主干系统是由let’s learn, let’s talk, read and write这三部分组成；辅助系统是由let’s do, let’s play, write and say, story time组成。
各个部分都配有彩图，设计新颖，语言地道，联系了学生的实际。
这几部分所蕴含的能力体系有：听：Let’s check 能听懂录音并找出正确答案说：Let’s talk 能运用所学日常用语进行交流；读：四年级上册Read and write 能正确地读出字母的发音以及字母在单词里的发音；四年级下册Read and write能看懂文章大意，最主要的是能掌握并正确地书写四会句子。
写：Write and say 能按笔顺正确地书写26个英文字母；做：Let’s do,能通过看图片了解Let’s do 的意思并能听音做出动作。

每组选一个代表，轮流用Where is…。
It’s in/on/under/near…来描述教室中的物品，其他组员要猜出物品的名称。
猜对的组员可获得奖励。
四）拓展（n）1．教师可以引导学生用Where is…。
It’sin/on/under/near…来描述自己家中的物品，并让其他同学猜出物品的名称。
2．教师可以出示其他场景的图片，让学生用Where is…。
It’s in/on/under/near…来描述场景中的物品位置。
3．教师可以引导学生用near表示方位，描述其他物品的位置，如：The book is near the pencil case。

四、教学重难点1.教学重点：学会本册的单词及句型。
2.教学难点：学生能掌握本册的单词及灵活运用所学的句型，提高学生用英语的能力。

七、教学方法（一）会话教学在会话教学中，教师应注意以下几点：融合会话教学于情景表演之中，师生一起在表演中教，在表演中练，在交际活动中用，而不要将会话教学变成跟老师念跟录音读，集体、小组、个人读的枯燥无味的形式。
（二）词汇教学力求做到在旧语言中学生词，用旧词练习新语言。
