一、强化学习，转变观念，落实“英语课程标准”精神，不断提高理论素养

只有勤于学习才会乐于施教，也只有勤于学习，我们才能真正教好书、育好人，为此，我们教研组加强了理论学习制度，以个人自学和集体交流相结合的方式，鼓励每位教师定出每周自学时间，阅读有关的英语报刊，并认真做好摘记。同时，也鼓励每位教师多上网通学习，收集先进的教育教学理论。经过努力，全组上下形成了较浓的学习氛围。

全组老师还积极争取机会到其它学校听课，并认真笔记，学习他人之长，不断完善自己的教学水平。 二、落实常规，目标明确，努力创建教研组特色

在学校管理的大背景下，立足教研组自身，加强过程管理，严格落实各项常规工作，努力创建教研组特色。本学期，我们组配合教务定期做好常规工作的检查，规范作业的布置与批改，做好辅差工作，坚持以学生为本，尽可能使每个学生在原有基础上获得最大发展。我们经常集体备课或共同探讨教学中疑难，力求在教学上体现创新。我们注重课后的反思和总结，特别是同一年级的教师在每上完一节新课后总会在一起讨论“这节课是怎么上的，有什么地方觉得不够到位”，积极地向其他教师请教。 “讨论—学习——讨论——反思、总结”形成了我们英语组独特的风景线。
