The light emission is quantified by use of a photomultiplier tube (PMT) and reported as Relative Light Units (RLU). 5’-核苷酸酶的正常参考值范围及临床意义【摘要】目的:建立人血清5’-核苷酸酶(5'-Nucleotidase,5'-NT)的参考值范围。
方法:随机选择2013年1月~12月于本院体检的健康受检者共5290例,采用酶比色法,测定血清5'-NT水平,分析各项生理指标对5'-NT的影响,建立5'-NT的参考值范围。
结果:男女血浆5'-NT之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
青年组(≤35岁)血浆5'-NT水平(6.23±2.97U/L)显著低于中年组(30~65岁,6.94±3.34U/L)和老年组(>65岁,6.80±3.45U/L)(P<0.05)。
本实验室建立的5'-NT正常参考值范围为:2.20~11.6U/L(青年组)、2.20~13.0U/L(中老年组)。
说明书正常参考值范围为:0-11.0U/L。
结论:血浆5'-NT水平受年龄影响。
本实验室建立的5'-NT正常参考值范围与说明书的正常参考值范围有一定差异。

肝内5'-NT分布于胆小管、肝窦和Kupffer细胞,参与能量代谢及RNA的分解代谢[1]。
血清5'-NT测定对肝胆及多种疾病的诊断有较好的特异性和灵敏度。
我们在实际工作中发现,本实验室5'-NT的参考值范围与试剂厂家提供的参考值范围存在差异,因此必须建立适合于本实验室的参考值范围。
为此,我们随机选择2014年1月~12月于本院体检的健康受检者共5290例,采用酶比色法,应用统计学方法对结果进行处理,现报告如下。
