5’-核苷酸酶的正常参考值范围及临床意义【摘要】目的：建立人血清5’-核苷酸酶(5'-Nucleotidase,5'-NT)的参考值范围。

方法：随机选择2013年1月~12月于本院体检的健康受检者共5290例，采用酶比色法，测定血清5'-NT水平，分析各项生理指标对5'-NT的影响，建立5'-NT的参考值范围。

结果：男女血浆5'-NT之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。

青年组(≤35岁)血浆5'-NT水平(6.23±2.97U/L)显著低于中年组(30~65岁，6.94±3.34U/L)和老年组(>65岁，6.80±3.45U/L)(P<0.05)。

本实验室建立的5'-NT正常参考值范围为：2.20~11.6U/L(青年组)、2.20~13.0U/L(中老年组)。

说明书正常参考值范围为：0-11.0U/L。

结论：血浆5'-NT水平受年龄影响。

本实验室建立的5'-NT正常参考值范围与说明书的正常参考值范围有一定差异。
