我热爱大自然喜欢拍风光，但是拍多了逐渐体会到风光的种类太多了，容易导致摄影风格过于模糊不清而难以找到自己摄影方向上的目标，于是我意识到需要收窄拍摄范围，而不应该什么都去拍。

2015年买了大疆无人机PHANTOM3P,开始参加福建省摄影家协会航拍专业学习班培训，让自己更有信心认识一个全新的视角。

②出发前确定并检查所使用器材，电池、存储卡有备无患，避免失去好景。

③下载App planit软件看航拍视角、App月亮看曰出曰落时间、App钓鱼人看潮汐高度、App两步路（户外助手）实时定位天上看地貌实际视角。

④提前做好攻略准备是一个好习惯，会帮助我们在摄影的时候节省很多时间，规划好合理路线，不至于没有方向地寻找摄影机位拍摄更好视角美图。

关键词：生态水利，户外助手，查勘，应用1 研究背景近年来国家加大基础设置产业的投资，城镇化不断加快，城市建设投资也相应加大，城市生态环境治理作为城市建设的重要内容，也是十九大生态建设战略部署的重要组成部分，城市生态水利建设正在全国各地如火如荼的展开，此类项目规模各一，相对传统的水利水电工程较小，建设时间要求更短，要求建设各方迅速反应，快速提供成果。

现场查勘是城市生态水利规划设计的前期工作，起着承上启下的关键作用，相对传统水利水电工程的查勘工作，这类项目往往要求在一两天内完成，时间紧，任务重，传统的查勘方式很难达到满意的效果。

近年来，迅速发展的互联网行业带动了信息化时代的到来，在信息化的大背景下，各行各业互联网+模式的步伐逐渐加快，而工程设计查勘便是其中之一。

信息化时代要求改变查勘过程中现场数据的获取方法、数据的处理及处理思路，而“互联网+”提供的便是这种针对数据一键化的处理思路并逐渐得到工程查勘人士的接受和认可。

2 “两步路”户外助手在本工程勘查中的应用研究2.1工程概况本次西部城区范围北以大青山生态保护区边界为界，南至南绕城高速，西至海流水库，东至巴彦淖尔路（扎达盖河）；河道有白石头沟、霍寨沟、乌素图沟、扎达盖河、小黑河、大黑河等，其中白石头沟规划范围为沟口至大黑河汇合口，沟口建有五一水库；霍寨沟范围为沟口至小黑河汇合口，长度约8.84km；乌素图沟范围为乌素图水库至小黑河汇合口，长度约14.8km；扎达盖河此次范围为巴彦淖尔路至小黑河汇合口，长度约4.67km；小黑河范围为云中路大桥至大黑河汇入口，长度约为14.26km。

本次总体规划面积约343km2。

根据《污水监测技术规范》（以下简称规范）要求，质量控制主要分为采样质量控制和实验室分析质量控制，本文主要从现场监测的角度分析总结质量控制与质量保证的方法与手段，从而保障污水监测数据的准确、真实、可靠。

一、监测人员质量保证及质量控制根据《检验检测机构资质认定能力评价检验检测机构通用要求》，检测机构应对抽样、仪器设备等的人员，依据相应的教育、培训、技能和经验进行能力确认。

因此，所有参与现场采样的人员均应经过培训，能力应满足要求，并得到确认。

能力确认的方式包括基础理论、基本技能、现场分析的考核等。

人员能力是环境数据的基础和保证，实际工作中人员能力已经不仅限于技术能力，更需要监测人员有足够的责任心。

根据规范要求，污水监测期间，应对排污单位进行现场调查并做好记录。

有责任心的监测人员除对排污企业基本信息、工艺流程、排污去向等信息记录外，更应该记录企业污水是否有特征污染物、现场采样期间污水处理设施是否正常运行，水体颜色、异味等特殊情况，如遇特殊情况应在纸质记录外，增加照片、录像等手段，清晰记录现场实际情况。

二、监测方案的制定相较于《地表水和污水监测技术规范》，此次新发布的规范中明确提出了监测方案的制定，方案中除包含监测项目、监测点位、监测频次等基本信息外，还需包括质量保证及质量控制措施等。
