随着LED灯的推广，国内外研究者对基于LED的可见光通信进行的大量研究，取得了相当多的研究成果，这些成果大多数集中于通信速率、LED布局、调制方式、光电接收装置性能等方面[1-7]。
但是对于光源本身性能参数诸如波长、光强等对通信质量影响的研究却很少，随着目前波分复用技术的提出，可见光通信系统也由传统的单通道系统向多通道系统转变，而这种转变是建立在可见光波长的基础之上，因此对于不同颜色的光照对光电探测器输出性能的影响研究就显得尤为重要了[8-10]。
该文利用硅光电池作为光电探测器件，研究了不同颜色的光对可见光通信质量的影响问题，同时结合实验特性，将电平比较电路引入实验中，用于恢复硅光电池响应输出的失真波形。
1 不同颜色的光照射下的光探测器驰豫特性分析当存在光照时，光子将进入P-N结区，在P-N结表面和内部由于本征吸收，激发产生大量光生电子-空穴对，也就是非平衡载流子。
在光激发下，多数载流子浓度一般改变很小，而少数载流子浓度却变化很大，因此，非平衡少数载流子占主导地位。
由于P-N结势垒区内存在较强的內建场，结两边的光生少数载流子受该场的作用，各自向相反方向运动，N区累积电子，P区累积空穴，于是在P-N结两端形成光生电动势，光伏型光探测器就是基于此原理。
光照条件下，非平衡载流子的扩散和漂移需要一定时间，因此会引起光电探测器脉冲响应的上升沿产生延迟；光照停止后，非平衡载流子复合消失，也需要一定时间，同样会导致脉冲响应的下降沿产生延迟，这就是光电导的驰豫现象[11]。
