临床研究显示,白癜风发生同自身免疫系统疾病、遗传及化学物质及接触有直接关联,当前白癜风的治疗以药物治疗、表皮移植、光疗、脱色治疗为主,以改善皮肤外观并恢复周围皮肤颜色[2]。
光疗是临床治疗白癜风的常用方法,但光疗308nm 准分子激光+他克莫司治疗成人面部白癜风的效果陈菁李玉良彭圣炽易圣刚彭艳萍梁清江西省萍乡市人民医院皮肤科,江西萍乡337000[摘要]目的探讨308nm 准分子激光+他克莫司治疗成人面部白癜风的效果。
方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月江西省萍乡市人民医院收治的70例面部白癜风患者,按随机投掷法分为参照组(n =35)和研究组(n =35)。
参照组给予308nm 准分子激光照射治疗,研究组实施308nm 准分子激光+他克莫司治疗,比较两组的治疗总有效率、治疗前后细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、黑素细胞刺激素(α-MSH)、白介素-17(IL-17)指标水平及不良反应发生率。
结果研究组的治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于参照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗前的ICAM-1、α-MSH、IL-17水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);两组治疗后的ICAM-1、IL-17水平低于治疗前,α-MSH 水平高于治疗前;治疗后研究组的ICAM-1、IL-17水平低于参照组,α-MSH 水平高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。
研究组的不良反应总发生率为11.43%,低于参照组的31.43%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。
结论308nm 准分子激光+他克莫司治疗成人面部白癜风的效果显著,且不良反应少,有临床推广价值。

Model 306units are compatible with Plug-n-Weigh in-strument calibration procedures for faster system start-up.304 Extension Boxes are used whenever transducer cables are not long enough to reach the summing unit or system instru-mentation. 《细节:如何轻松影响他人》是一本非常实用的教科书,作者罗伯特?西奥迪尼,讲了如何影响别人的52个细节,包括心安理得效应、未来绑定法等等。
读者通过学习这些小细节能够更好地成就自己,得到别人的认同和赞美,这样看来,它大概能够和全世界范围内火爆异常的《影响力》一书相媲美了,下面我就来谈谈对罗伯特?西奥迪《细节:如何轻松影响他人》一书的读后感。
书中提到要想让人充实目标,就需要将可实现性和挑战性结合起来,因此比起单一的具体数字,如每周减掉3公斤,每天跑上一千米而言,将目标改成一个上下浮动的数字范围,更有助于人们加足干劲,重新投入。
另外,广告里面也充分运用了各种技巧,比如里面说,为了家人,请买保险。
但也可以将“家人”一词换成“将来的你”,因此这更能触动人们对“将来的自己”的道德责任感,这种影响策划能够更好地说服人们进行行动,让他们去做一些长远上对自己较为有益的事情。
我们还可以发现,商场里的很多商品定价都是以9结尾的,这当然是刻意为之,原因很多,但其中最主要的一条就是它会让消费者觉得很划算,这对年纪较小的消费者或者在购买决定比较容易做出的情况下
格外适用,所以读了《细节:如何轻松影响他人》这本书,我们也能知道自己在生活中的很多地方实际上是被“套路”了。
在我们想要别人做出一些改变,但担心对方不同意,或者他在短期内并不能因为这个改变得到什么好处的,那么你就应该描绘未来,既指出这样对他的未来有价值和意义,同时有责任,还应该展示出未来的他会是什么模样。
比如想要说服一个病人戒烟,那么就让他清楚知道抽烟是如何加快他衰老的。
商场和超市里的“小恩小惠”还有很多,比如说代金券和礼券,但作者通过调查发现,比起消费者一进超市就事先发放一些优惠券而言,在他们进店后再给惊喜礼券,他们的平均消费会上升11%,所以很多零售商赠送优惠券的时间,都是精心设计好的,这能让他们获利最丰。
罗伯特?西奥迪在书中还提到了“知觉对比”现象,很多时候不必改变物品本身的很多特质,只需要调整人们在看到它之前的体验,就能够操纵人们对它的印象,所以选项出现的顺序很重要。
比如一份酒单,以15美元一瓶的价格开头,那么35元的红酒就显得太贵了,但如果把一个更贵的60美元的红酒放在第一位,那么35元的红酒价格看起来就很合理了,销售额也会有所提升。
而“峰—终体验”则告诉我们,在巅峰的时候要尽量吧体验放大,或
是在低谷的时候把这体验给磨平,同时要在结束的时候将事情非常认真地做好,这是因为我们对于事情和某段体验,我们会忽视很多东西,只记得它的巅峰状态和结尾,不管是痛苦的还是快乐的,所以我们要设计一件事情的峰值和结局,并且呈现出一个最佳的峰值。

要性,此外本书还有很多实用的“套路”,比如会议时采用圆桌更能激发多数员工的归属高,而采用角形会议则更多地引发他们对于独特型的想法和追求;蛋糕店如果发放的是长期兑换卡,那么顾客的使用效率将会降低,是短期卡片的五分之一……
作者说了,这52个细节的使用应该是自然的,潜移默化的,不要刻意和故
意,更不要单纯地为了影响他们一定全部用上,这样往往效果不佳。
