0 引言(在微电子技术高度发达的今天,电子设备从电子管、晶体管到集成电路,以惊人的速度朝着高集成化、微型化、低功耗、数字化、智能化方向发展。
特别是近十年来,)超大规模集成电路与计算机技术的迅速发展,使得电路对各种电磁干扰变得更加敏感。
液晶显示(LCD)由于其功耗低、被动显示、易于驱动、不含有害射线等优点被广泛使用,目前已成为便携式设备首选显示器件,有着广阔的发展前景。
(液晶显示模块作为电子设备的显示部件,)也起着等效接收天线的作用,是电磁能量的耦合通道,制约着整个电子设备的电磁抗扰度。
在诸多电磁干扰问题中,静电放电(Electrostatics discharge, ESD)问题越来越成为高端液晶器件特别是信息通讯产品急需解决的技术难题:一方面在器件制造过程中,由于其工艺特点,极易产生静电并造成产品损失;另一方面LCM中的IC等元器件及电子线路也易于受到静电冲击的干扰,在高端液晶器件特别是信息通讯产品上抗静电冲击已经成为必检项目。
静电放电是一种常见的近场电磁危害源,静电放电过程是高电压、强电场、瞬时大电流过程,其电流波形的上升时间可小于1ns。
近年来的研究发现,伴随静电放电过程产生的强电磁辐射,称为静电放电电磁脉冲(ESD EMP),是各种通信和控制系统的近场电磁干扰(EMI)源,由于它具有频带宽、峰值大、发生频率高的特点,对电子系统的危害程度可与核电磁脉冲、雷电电磁脉冲相提并论。
随着电子器件集成度的提高,其敏感度不断增加,静电放电造成的危害越来越大。
静电放电造成的危害,在微电子技术领域全球每年损失高达数百亿美元。
目前,通常采用在设备或电路端口串联或并联保护器件或保护网络的方法,降低进入电子电路的静电放电电磁脉冲强度,从而提高电子设备抗静电能力。

4HT162X驱动芯片资料介绍4.1概述HT162X系列芯片是由HOTEK公司开发生产的多功能LCD 驱动器芯片,HT162X 的软件配置特性使其适合于各种LCD 的应用包括LCD 模块和显示子系统,主控器与HT162X通信只需要3 到4 条线。
由于采用了电容型偏置电压充电泵使得HT1620 的操作电流非常的小。
HT162X 系列包括多款产品适合不同的应用,目前广泛应用于各种液晶驱动控制上。

LCD显示模块设计一、显示模块功能分析由于整个控制系统采用的是以DSP为核心的嵌入式系统结构,采用普通的显示器将带来巨大的系统开销。
因此,我们选用LCD显示模块作为本系统的显示部件.它需要能够实现以下显示功能:1、显示系统的输出结果(1)显示磁浮间距数据(包括上径向X和Y、下径向X和Y、Z轴共五个);(2)以进度条的方式显示磁浮间距数据,使结果更直观;(3)显示北向角度数据;(4)以指针的方式显示北向角度.2、显示控制参数设置界面(1)显示控制器参数输入框(五行,四列,共20个);(2)支持输入数据的合理显示;(3)显示一些功能按钮(如退出等);(4)支持输入框和按钮的选中和按下状态。
二、显示模块硬件设计1、显示模块的选择为了能充分显示上一节所提到的功能,我们选择320x240的双色点阵型LCD作为显示模块。
该模块自带显示驱动电路,只要通过DSP向其写入相应的命令和显示数据即可完成显示功能.2、LCD接口电路设计所选用的LCD是5v的逻辑电平接口,为了提高系统的可靠性和稳定性我们采用专门的电平转换芯片SN74ALVC164245。
它是TI公司的一款16位的双向电平转化芯片。
如果访问只是单向的,采用驱动门电路也可实现电其它时序在保证顺序的前提下都容易满足.图3-1 LCD模块读写时序图2、LCD显示设置时序正确之后,就可以对LCD的显存进行操作了.屏幕上所有图形的像素点直接反映到显存的某一位,因此所有图形的显示都是通过对显存的写操作来完成的.我们所选用的LCD模块的显示芯片是SID13305F,它是SED1335的替代芯片,与其有相同的功能。
其指令集如表3—1所示。
表3-1 SED1335显示操作指令集在LCD模块启动之后,使用之前,应至少有一次系统初始化,即调用系统控制命令‘SYSTEM SET'和‘SCROLL'来设置LCD模块的显示窗口设置和显示区域的显存地址。
根据系统功能的要求把LCD设置为单屏显示,无边界,每行显示40个字节(即满行显示)。

引言显示技术正朝着大屏幕、高清晰度、高亮度和高分辨率的方向发展。
通常说来,将屏幕显示面对角线尺寸在1米(40英寸)以上的显示称为大屏幕显示。
投影机作为一种重要的显示设备,已经广泛地应用到了金融、教育、企业、军事等多个领域,它所具有的大幅面、高清晰多媒体演示功能,使信息的传递具有更好的效果。
目前,市面上的主流产品是三片式LCD投影机和DLP投影机,其中,三片式LCD投影机的市场份额高达三分之二。
然而,投影机的主要采购者绝大多数是政府部门、企业和高校。
无论是三片式LCD投影机还是DLP投影机,其高昂的价格一直妨碍着投影机进入普通家庭。
为了简化设备结构,降低成本,本文给出了一种基于FPGA的高光效单片彩色LCD投影机的设计方法。
1 投影原理三片式LCD投影机的一般电路原理如图1所示。
由图1可以看出,传统LCD投影机的电路原理是把传送过来的视频信号通过彩色解码,以产生R、G、B信号,然后通过视频处理电路把该三基色信号加载在红、绿、蓝三只单色液晶屏上,最后加在三只单色投影管上,并经三只单色投影管还原后,再把图像通过光学透镜放大几十倍后由反射镜反射到屏幕上,最后在屏幕上合成出彩色图像。
由此可以看出,由于三只投影管和投影镜头并非都正对屏幕放置,三种图像信号还原到屏幕上所经过的光路各不相同,而这必然导致R、G、B三色信号在屏幕上不能完全重合在一起,进而引起会聚失真。
于是,本文从图1的视频处理电路和控制电路着手,设计了一种新的投影方式,即在一个液晶屏上呈现R、G、B三基色的单色图像数据,并对照射进来的R、G、B三单色光进行调制,然后经过透射、折射以及图像拉宽等光学系统的处理,最终在屏幕上形成彩色网像,该方法的原理图如图2所示。
通过图2可以看出,该没计的最大特点是在一块LCD屏上分别显示出R、G、B三基色图像,并通过对单色光进行调制来投影,而不像传统的投影系统,要用三块LCD屏分别显示R、G、B基色图像。
2 投影机系统电路在投影机设计中,控制电路的作用是对输入的视频和数字图像信号进行处理,以将其转变成适合LCD屏显示的信号。

一.简介新型显示器件及材料是我国电子元件行业发展的重点,包括发展中小尺寸STN-LCD屏及模块,笔记本电脑和monitor用彩色TFT-LCD,COG、TCP驱动IC,LCOS微显示技术以及手机液晶显示模块。
自本世纪初开始,在降低生产成本的驱动下,全球各大液晶模块生产巨头纷纷将制造中心转移到中国大陆,目前中国已成为全球最大的液晶模块生产国,几乎全球所有的液晶模块制造商都已经把生产工厂迁移到中国大陆。
所谓液晶模块预压绑定(COG)(Chip On Glass)指的是运用一种包含金属颗粒的粘性膜(异方向性导电膜ACF),通过预压将IC芯片绑定在LCD玻璃板上,使IC与LCD玻璃板之间的线路连通。
由于IC芯片面积小,但I/O端数量多。
要想使IC与LCD玻璃板之间的线路很好的连通,就需要对IC和LCD进行非常精确的定位,保证足够的定位精度。
而IC和LCD上微小的Mark点使得通过人眼定位变的困难重重,而且人眼的易疲劳和主观性对这种高精度的对位带来严重隐患。
为了保证产品质量、提高生产效率和自动化水平,我们研发了由欧姆龙CP1H可编程序控制器(PLC)控制的液晶模块预压绑定(COG)视觉对位系统。
二.工艺流程与系统构成2.1工艺流程:如图一所示,分为以下几个步骤。
1)托盘移动到绑定头下面,绑定头准备吸取托盘上面的芯片。
2)绑定头向下吸取托盘的上面的芯片 ,然后托盘移走。
3)绑定头再向下,两个摄像镜头对绑定头上的芯片进行拍照记录2个MarK 点。
绑定头向上移动。
第10章LCD模块1.LCD控制器介绍LCD控制器给单色或者彩色LCD板提供所有必须的控制信号,LCD控制器只有在LPC3250中拥有。

如果没有这个结构,软件需要:[1].在下一个光标位置节约一个图像区域[2].更新带光标图形的区域[3].用一个预先节约的图像来修复一个光标位置。
此外,LCD控制器必须核实图像操作是否覆盖光标,如果覆盖了,需要纠正。
光标尺寸为64*64的24位彩色形式,每一个光标的移动都要涉及到读和写,大约75KB的数据。
