波纹巴非蛤亲贝两种促熟方法比较试验尤颖哲【期刊名称】《福建水产》【年(卷),期】2016(038)006【摘要】The key to artificial large-scale breeding is to induce the maturation of parent clams in order to obtain high-quality oosperms. The parent Paphia undulata has low synchronous rates in sexual maturation and they are usually not concentrated in spawning time. In this study, the parent clams of Paphia undulata were temporary rearing for 5 days, 10 days, 15 days, 20 days in indoor cement pools and outdoor ponds sep-arately, then air-dried or stimulated by flowing water in order to induce spawning, their gonadal develop-ments and induced spawning effects in the different measures and durations were compared. The results showed that the situation of Paphia undulata 's gonadal developments was better and the death rate was lower when they were cultured in outdoor ponds than indoor cement pools, moreover, both the effects of gonadal de-velopment and induced spawning of the parent clams were best when cultured for 10 days in outdoor ponds.%在人工育苗的过程中,对亲贝进行促熟培育获得高质量受精卵是开展规模化育苗的关键。

The results indicated that gonad development of Paphia schnelliana has a cycle of one year. The big and small eggs do not exist in mature individuals at the same time. Paphia schnelliana ovulats just once in the cycle. 温度和盐度对波纹巴非蛤胚胎、幼虫及稚贝发育的影响司和;宋志民;唐贤明;王国福【摘要】波纹巴非蛤是我国浅海养殖的新品种,开展人工育苗研究具有重要意义.在实验室条件下,以光照培养箱来调节,研究了水温(15、20、25、30 ℃和35 ℃)和盐度(15、20、25、30和35)对波纹巴非蛤胚胎、幼虫及稚贝发育的影响.结果显示,水温30 ℃、盐度30最适合波纹巴非蛤胚胎发育;幼体存活率、附着率及变态率最高;稚贝生长最快.%Calm Pap hia undulata is the new species cultured in shallow sea in China.and of great signific-nace in artificial breeding of the clam.The development of the clam was observed at water temperatures of 15 ℃,20 ℃,25 ℃,and 30 ℃ and 35 ℃ and a salinity of embryo,larva and juvenile of 15,20,25,30, and 35 in a laboratory to investigated to the effect of temperature and salinity on development of the clam. 【方法】随机选取广西东兴、广西北海和广东湛江草潭群体的织锦巴非蛤,分别测量其壳长、壳高、壳宽、前缘长、后缘长、外韧带长和外韧带槽宽等6个性状形态指标并称量活体质量和软体质量,采用相关性与通径分析法研究各形态性状对软体质量的影响效果。
【结果】织锦巴非蛤各性状指标在不同地理群体中变异系数范围为4.880%~25.148%,鲜出肉率的范围在21.400%~24.400%,且各性状间的相关性大多呈极显著水平(P<0.01,下同)。
在广西东兴群体中,对软体质量直接影响作用最大的分别是壳宽和外韧带长,间接作用影响最大的是壳宽与壳高,对应的决定系数总和为0.541;在广西北海群体中,对软体质量直接影响作用最大的是壳高,间接作用影响最大的是壳高与外韧带长,对应的决定系数总和为0.469;在广东湛江草潭群体中,对软体质量直接影响作用最大的分别是前缘长和外韧带长,间接作用影响最大的是壳宽与前缘长,对应的决定系数总和为0.509。
剔除对软体质量不显著的形态性状后,分别构建不同地理群体织锦巴非蛤软体质量的最优回归方程,F和P检验所得结果表明回归关系均达极显著水平。
【结论】影响3个地理群体织锦巴非蛤软体质量的决定性壳形态性状存在差异,广西东兴群体应首选壳宽和外韧带长,广西北海群体应选择壳高,而广东湛江草潭群体的前缘长和外韧带长是重要性状。

Most of the correlations among the traits were extremely significant(P<0.01,the same below). Besides, in Dongxing population of Guangxi, SW and LL had the greatest direct impact on the quality of software,the most important indirect effects were SW and SH, and the sum of corresponding determination coefficient was 0.541. In the Beihai population of Guangxi, the SH had the greatest direct impact on the quality of soft body,the most important indirect effects were SH and LL,and the sum of corresponding determination coefficient was 0.469. In Caotan population of Zhanjiang, Guangdong, the LE and LL had the greatest direct impact on the quality of soft body, the most important indirect effects were SW and LE, and the sum of corresponding determination coefficient was 0.509. Eliminating some insignificant morphological traits on MM, and the optimal regression equation of MM of the P. textile was established.The results of F and P tests showed that the regression relationship reached extremely significant level. 【Conclusion 】There are differences in the decisive shell morphology traits that affect the quality of the soft body of the three geographical populations of P. textile, Dongxing population in Guangxi should choose SW and TE, Beihai population in Guangxi should choose SH, and the LE and TE of the population of Caotan in Zhanjiang,Guangdong are important traits.Key words: Paphia textile Gmelin;geographical population;phenotypic traits;path analysis Foundation items:Guangxi Innovation Driven Development Project(Guike AA19254032-3) 0 引言【研究意义】织锦巴非蛤(Paphia textile Gmelin)隶属于软体动物门(Mollusca)瓣鳃纲(Lamellibranchia)帘蛤目(Veneroida)帘蛤科(Veneridae),是潮下带埋栖型贝类,主要分布于我国广东、广西、福建及台湾等地。
盐提法提取波纹巴非蛤全脏器中糖蛋白的工艺条件研究摘要对波纹巴非蛤全脏器中的糖蛋白的分离提取条件进行研究,结果表明:以0.5moL/L的NaCl溶液为浸提液,料液比为1∶12,75℃水浴浸提90min,提取液经透析浓缩,再以60%乙醇终浓度沉淀,得到糖蛋白粗品,其得率为 1.64%,总糖与可溶性蛋白含量分别为38.3%和17.1%。
关键词波纹巴非蛤;糖蛋白;分离提取;工艺条件糖蛋白(glycoprotein)是一类由糖类与多肽或蛋白质以共价键连接而形成的结合蛋白,是生物体内重要的一类大分子,种类繁多,分布广泛,具有多种重要功能。
目前已有报道证实从海洋软体动物海兔、虾夷扇贝、管角螺中提取的糖蛋白有明显的抗肿瘤、增强免疫活性。
自由基是人体生命活动中生物化学反应的中间产物,许多疾病的发生、发展与自由基对组织的损伤有密切关系,自由基可加快机体的衰老过程,可诱发癌症、心血管疾病等。
该研究采用盐提法提取波纹巴非蛤(Paphia undulata)全脏器中的糖蛋白,对其工艺条件进行初步探讨,以供参考。
1材料与方法1.1试验材料波纹巴非蛤采自湛江市东风市场,去壳后,于-18℃冷冻备用。
1.2试验方法1.2.1糖蛋白分离提取方法。
原料→匀浆→加浸提液→浸提→冷却→纱布过滤→滤液浓缩至体积的1/4→醇沉→离心→沉淀物用乙醇、丙酮交替洗涤3次→恒温干燥→糖蛋白粗品。
1.2.2检测方法。
总糖含量测定采用苯酚-硫酸法;蛋白含量测定采用考马斯亮蓝法。
2结果与分析2.1不同浸提液浓度对糖蛋白提取效果的影响分别以蒸馏水(0moL/L NaCl)、0.5moL/L NaCl、1.0moL/L NaCl、1.5 moL/L NaCl等4种溶液作为浸提剂,料液比为1∶10,80℃下浸提60min。
检测浸提液中的总糖含量与总蛋白含量,结果如图1所示。
4种浸提剂提取液中总糖含量明显高于蛋白含量,蛋白含量为0moL/L NaCl>0.5moL/L NaCl>1.0moL/L NaCl>1.5moL/L NaCl,总糖含量为0.5moL/L NaCl>0moL/L NaCl>1.5 moL/L NaCl >1.0moL/L NaCl,其中以0.5moL/L NaCl溶液的浸提液中总糖与蛋白含量均为最高,分别可达到2.63%和0.94%。
盐度与pH对3种南方贝类呼吸率和钙化率的影响饶科;黄明坚;章逃平;林尚书;岳晓彩;黄建荣;黎祖福【期刊名称】《水生态学杂志》【年(卷),期】2014(35)4【摘要】测定了近江牡蛎(Crassostrea rivularis)、翡翠贻贝(Perna viridis)和波纹巴非蛤(Paphia undulata)3种南方重要养殖贝类在20、25、30和35共计4个盐度梯度和8.1、7.7、7.3和7.0共计4个pH梯度下的呼吸率和钙化率。
结果表明,盐度和pH对3种贝类的呼吸率和钙化率均有显著影响(P<0.05);盐度为20~35,近江牡蛎的呼吸率和钙化率均随盐度的升高而降低,而翡翠贻贝和波纹巴非蛤在盐度为20~30时,呼吸率和钙化率随盐度的升高而升高,盐度30~35时,随盐度的升高而下降。
pH为8.1~7.0时,3种贝类的呼吸率和钙化率均随着pH的下降而显著性下降(P<0.05)。

动 物 学 研 究 2008,Apr. 29(2):145—151 CN 53-1040/Q ISSN 0254-5853 Zoological Research不同体重瘤背石磺性腺发育规律胡 冰,杨筱珍,吴旭干,滕炜鸣,成永旭*(上海水产大学省部共建水产种质资源发掘与利用教育部重点实验室,上海 200090)摘要:利用组织学方法研究了瘤背石磺体重(2—28g)与性腺发育、性腺指数与肝胰腺指数或卵黄腺指数间的关系,不同体重瘤背石磺性腺内各期生殖细胞的组成与比例以及瘤背石磺卵子和精子发生的规律。
结果表明,(1)瘤背石磺的性腺指数有随体重增加而增加的特点:10g以上个体性腺指数达到最高且基本无变化;不同体重瘤背石磺性腺指数与肝胰腺指数和卵黄腺指数有明显的正相关性(P<0.05);(2)6g以下组的瘤背石磺性腺滤泡管内未发现有雌性生殖细胞,6g以上组的性腺滤泡管内雄性与雌性生殖细胞并存;(3)所有瘤背石磺个体性腺内均有精子分布,6g以下个体雄性生殖细胞组成以次级精母细胞为主,而6g以上个体则以精子为主;6g以上组的雌性生殖细胞成熟程度随体重增加有明显增加,其中6—8g以卵原细胞为主(57%),8—10g开始出现外源性卵黄合成期的卵母细胞,10—14g时的外源性卵黄合成期的卵母细胞约为69%,且开始出现成熟卵母细胞。
(4)卵子发生共经历6期:分别为卵原细胞期、卵黄合成前卵母细胞期、内源性卵黄合成期、外源性卵黄合成期、近成熟期和成熟卵母细胞期,成熟卵母细胞直径约为(59.36±3.88)µm。
精子发生经历精原细胞、初级精母细胞、次级精母细胞、精子细胞和精子共5个阶段,精子长约(52.44±20.65)µm。
石磺体重与性腺发育程度密切相关,10g以上的个体可做为亲本使用。

The relation between the gonadsomatic index (GSI) and hepatopancreas somatic index (HSI) orvitelline somatic index (VSI) were also studied. The composition of germ cells and the percentage difference of phases of germ cells in gonads were analyzed. Spermatogensis and oogenesis of O. struma were observed. The results showed: (1) The development of gonads in O. struma matured as body weight increased. The GSI and HIS or VSI had obvious pertinence respectively(P<0.05). (2) The oocytes appeared in individuals whose body weight was above 6g and from this time the oocytes and sperm cells coexisted in the gonads. (3) The spermatozoa were found in all individuals. The main germ cells were the secondary spermatocyte in individuals whose body weight fell under 6g and those with body weights above 6g had spermatozoa. The individuals who were above 6g; the oocytes matured as body weight increased.The main elements of the germ cells were oogoia (57%), exogeous vitellogenic oocyte(69%) in the 6-8g individuals and 10-14g individuals respectively. The mature oocytes were first found in the 10-14g individuals. (4) The oogenesis can be divided into 6 stages: oogoia,previtellogeic oocyte,endogenous vitellogeic oocyte,exogeous vitellogenic oocyte,nearly-mature oocyte and mature oocyte (Φ=59.358±3.88µm). The spermatogensis consisted of five stages: spermatogonia,primary spermatocyte,secondary spermatocyte and spermatozoa (52.44±20.65µm). We can conclude our research in two points: (1)There is a relationship between body weight and development of gonads.
