Questionnaire on the psychosocial consequences of Parkinson’s Disease
In this questionnaire, we inquire about problems which you may encounter as a result of your illness in the areas of (social) activities, contact with other people, and on an emotional level. When answering the following questions, please think carefully about your personal situation during the past month , and consider to what extent the situation described actually posed a problem for you. Tick the box above the answer which best reflects your situation.

Purpose and procedure.......................................................T he purpose of Evidence-Based Medicine is to alert clinicians to important advances in internal medicine,general and family practice,surgery,psychiatry,paediatrics,and obstetrics and gynaecology by selecting from the biomedical literature those original and review articles whose results are most likely to be both true and useful.These articles are summar-ised in value-added abstracts and commented on by clinical experts.The author of the original article is given an opportu-nity to review the abstract and commentary before publication. The procedures we follow to achieve this purpose areN Detecting,using prestated criteria,the best original and review articles on the cause,course,diagnosis,prevention, treatment,quality of care,or economics of disorders in the foregoing fieldsN Introducing these articles with declarative titles and summarising them accurately in structured abstracts that describe their objectives,methods,results,and conclusions N Adding brief,highly expert commentaries to place each of these summaries in its proper clinical and healthcare context N Disseminating these summaries in a timely fashion.CRITERIA FOR REVIEW AND SELECTION FOR ABSTRACTINGGeneralAll English-language original and review articles in an issue of a candidate journal are considered for abstracting if they concern topics important to the clinical practice of internal medicine,general and family practice,surgery,psychiatry, paediatrics,or obstetrics and gynaecology.Access to foreign-language journals is provided through the systematic reviews we abstract,especially those in the Cochrane Library,which sum-marises articles from over800journals in several languages. 轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment, MCI)是介于正常衰老与痴呆之间的过渡状态，遗忘型轻度认知障碍(amnestic mild cognitive impairment,aMCI)是进展为阿尔茨海默病的高危因素[1]。

在Jia等[2]的流行病学调查中发现MCI在中国65岁及以上人群中的发生率高达20.8%，意味着在中国大约有2386万≥65岁的人患有MCI。

在65岁及以上的人群中痴呆以及AD的发生率达到5.14%和3.21%，相比1980～2004年发生率有所增加[3]。

美国国立衰老研究院和阿尔茨海默病协会(National Institute on Aging and Alzheimer′s Association, NIA-AA)将AD的发生阶段分为临床前阶段(AD pathophysiological process, AD-P)及临床阶段(AD clinically observable syndromes, AD-C)，AD-P第3阶段除有淀粉样蛋白沉积和神经元变性外，还存在主观认知下降(subjective cognitive decline, SCD)。
