Unit 11 Water一、重点词汇及拓展1. tap n. 水龙头词汇拓展:turn on the tap 打开水龙头turn off the tap 关掉水龙头e.g. Please turn off the tap. 请关掉水龙头。
2. use v. 使用词汇拓展:useful 有用的useless 无用的 a useful... 一个有用的...use...to do sth 使用......去做某事e.g. We use water to wash our face. 我们用水去洗脸。
3. vegetable n. 蔬菜(一般用复数)词汇拓展:fruit 水果e.g. We should eat fruit and vegetables everyday. 我们每天都应该吃水果和蔬菜。
4. clothes n. 衣服衣服总称词汇拓展:cloth 布料e. g. These clothes are beautiful. 这些衣服是漂亮的。
5. farmer n. 农民词汇拓展:farm 农场on the farm 在农场e.g. Farmers are working together. 农民正在一起劳作。
6. useful adj. 有用的词汇拓展:useless 无用的e.g. Water is very useful. 水是很有用的。
7. drop n. 滴,水珠v. 使......掉落词汇拓展:fall 掉落短语:water drop 水珠e.g. Little water drop falls on the ground. 小水珠掉落在地面。
8. up prep. 向上词汇拓展:down 向下stand up 起立turn up 调高e.g. When the teacher comes into the classroom, we all stand up and greet each other.当老师走进教室时,我们都站起来互相问好。
Module 4 Unit 11 Water教材分析本单元通过学习了解通过对本课的学习,让学生懂得使用本课重点句式与同学们进行交流,培养学生珍惜水资源的情感和节约用水的意识及习惯。
教学目标【知识目标】1.能用How do we use water和We use water to…就水的用途回答。
2.能用At home /work, we use water…谈谈在不同场所水的用途。
3.体会字母组合th的发音,并能迁移运用到其他含有th组合的单词拼读中。
【能力目标】能听懂、理解本课的句型并进行交际会话练习,能用句型:How do we use water和We use water to…进行日常生活中的提问和交流,培养学生良好的口语表达以及英语思维的能力。
【情感目标】通过对本课的学习,让学生懂得使用本课重点句式与同学们进行交流,培养学生珍惜水资源的情感和节约用水的意识及习惯。

教案
一、教学目标
1、本单元的主题是“水”,教学中要充分利用“水”这一话题,开展讨论,使学生了解水的重要性,提高学生节约用水的环保意识。
2、词汇方面是学习一些有关日常生活用品的英语表达:towel, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste…,学习介词with在句中的用法: wash with water 等等。
3、继续学习祈使句的英语表达法,学习用一般现在时描述日常进行的动作:I wash my hands with water. I brush my teeth with toothpaste.
4、能认读字母Vv, Ww,掌握这两个字母在单词中的基本发音。
5.通过歌曲和游戏( A miming game ) 帮助学生进一步掌握祈使句和一般现在时的英语表达法。
二、重难点
1、围绕“水”这一主题,让学生在学习过程中感知生活中处处离不开水,体会到水的重要性,并意识到必须从小事做起,养成节约用水的好习惯。
在学习过程中提高学生环保意识。
2、能认读字母Vv, Ww,掌握这两个字母在单词中的基本发音。
3. 能够看图认读或拼读单词towel, soap, wash, dirty…,学习介
词with在句中的用法: wash with water …,初步了解turn on /off 与 open/close 的区别。
4、能根据听到的口令做出正确的反应,并能让学生在特定的情景中运用祈使句表达一些简单的请求与命令:Turn on the tap. Wash your towel…
5、能用一般现在时描述日常进行的动作:I wash my hands with water. I brush my teeth with toothpaste. This is the way I wash my face in the morning.
6、通过“A miming game”让学生听听、做做,在学习新知的同时,帮助学生归纳、整理以前所学的内容,将新、旧知识有机整合起来。
7、在歌曲的表演和改编过程中,在拓宽语言信息量的同时,培养学生的创新思维能力,发展学生的个性特长。
