排球垫球技术讲解

排球垫球是排球运动中非常重要的技能。它可以使球员以更佳的压力,或者击打反击球,甚至把球打回来。因此,掌握准确有效的垫球技术可以提高球员的排球技术水平,增强球队的竞争能力。

首先介绍排球垫球的基本姿势,一般排球垫球基本姿势有三种:站立姿势、静止姿势和垫球姿势。站立姿势是指站立于场地上,双脚张挺,保持平衡状态;静止姿势是指站立于安全区域的中央位置,但不可以移动;而垫球姿势是指当球飞来时,将身体向前,做出一定的准备,用轻快的反应将球垫回去。此外,球员可以根据不同的击球方式,作出不同的垫球姿势。

其次,讲解排球垫球的技术要点。排球垫球主要通过抓球、保持平衡和反应力来实现球的垫回。抓球是指根据球体飞行轨迹,做出快速、准确决断,以双手双手抓住来球;保持平衡是指双手抓住球后,稳定身体,双腿保持支撑;反应力是指视察球的反弹情况,调整双腿位置,力量和距离等,以此顺利将球垫回去。

最后,关于排球垫球的训练。排球垫球的训练主要包括三部分:单手反应训练,双手反应训练和多手反应训练。从容易到难,先从单手反应训练开始,学会抓球及垫球,运用反应力带动球的回往;接着双手反应训练,强化双手抓球及反应力的训练;最后整合多手反应训练,学会抓球和反应力训练的完整流程,掌握垫球的关键技能。另外,训练过程中,要注意保持专注及认真,努力练习球的抓取与反弹,形成良好的训练习惯。

volleyball blocking mainly includes three parts: single hand response training,

double hand response training and multi-hand response training. From easy to

difficult, start with single hand response training, learn to grasp the ball

and block it, and use reactivity to bring the ball back; then double hand

response training, strengthen the training of double hand grasping and

reactivity; finally, the integration of the multi-hand response training,

learn the complete process of grabbing the ball and training the reactivity,
